uxcell 5 Pcs AC 125V 6A ON/OFF/ON 3 Position DPDT Toggle Switch with Waterproof Boot

I was looking for a bargain switch to repair a battery charger, I should have known better that I'd need a heavier duty switch, so I bought one at the local hardware store, the one I was too cheap to buy in the first placeI'll keep the Amico switches for a future project.

These switches perform well in a custom boat we built for night fishing with dual colored lighting. Just be aware the pins are very small and will perform best if soldered and sleeved with wet application shrink tubing or silicone.

I purchased these to enhance a 4 zone sprinkler system. While installing them, two of them broke into pieces while installing them. Since 3 were already installed and I didn't want to remove them because they are probably ok, I had to order another 5 in order to be reasonably insure that I will have 5 working switches. Furthermore, there were only 4 rubber boots for the 5 switches. I am very disappointed in the quality of these switches because I have NEVER had a toggle switch failure in 40 years of electrical hobby.

Works as they should, very small to use in tight places.

Couple reasons for the 2 stars, 1. Small post you have to use like 24-26 gauge wire to connect. 2. Being 2 out of the 5 I received were broken. I didn't contact the seller seeing that I only needed 1 switch and for the price it serves it's purpose
