I’m 54 years old and I’m on my feet a lot so this really helps my muscles so I do recommend this product. I take it almost every day and my coffee or you can put it in a shake or a drink.

This mixture blends easily into my workout smoothie. It does impart a slight taste but really isn't objectionable and I got used to it pretty quickly. If you use fruit such as berries or mangos, as I do, pretty much not noticeable. This blend is better than the straight leucine as far as any taste as well. Lasts a long time (80 servings), so good value for the money as well. Will continue to purchase this one.

Must be mixed with protein shake or other flavored drink. The taste is bitter mixed with just water.

I add this to my flavored BCAA’s for the extra protein boost without the extra sweetener found in the flavored ones.

Haven't had any issues with the product. It seems to do the job. My only complaint is that it tastes terrible. I usually mix it with my protein powder to mask the taste.

Good supplement bad taste. Definitely saw good results after using product for 3 months. I would recommend adding this to a protein shake of some sort to get it down.
