I guess this kinda stuff has different effects and results for everyone, but i thought i would give this one a try since it said creapure.Im by no means a master of all these goofy powders on the market and i have not tried very many, but after about a month or 2 of using this, i feel the results are the same as the Dymatize mono hydrate creatine - Which are pretty much unnoticeable. Maybe i haven't been trying it long enough, and ill update it if i feel necessary at the end of the tub. One plus to this product is the scooper is relatively small and so are the servings to where you can just throw 1 scoop of powder in your mouth then attempt to pour juice in your mouth from the container and remove the middle men ( stirring and a glass ).From the different products of tried, i like the instant energy Noxplode gives me even though its probably just a caffeine high, but for the price, and the amount you get, this stuff isnt bad at all.

Probably one of the best creatine you can buy I used to be 125 and I’m 145 now after taking this for just a month. I take it with my protein shake before and after the gym and it’s a great price.
