We used them to make pappardelle and were blown away by how effortless the process was. oh this thing is AWESOME ! It comes with 5 very very heavy stainless steel attachments but it makes fantastic pasta (watch a video on how to make the pasta before doing it so you don't jam-up the attachments with dough. Lots of flour is needed...I do wish they had a thicker noodle setting (for big fat chicken noodle soup like Soup-plantation used to make). The fettuccine setting is a bit thin for that

Well made, easy to use. The pasta dough pasted through without sticking and were easily adjusted for thickness.

Attachments are quality and durable. Easy to clean with the included brush after using. Have tried the different settings for many types of pasta and they come out great. You can't go wrong with these attachments.

This worked well for making pasta. However, I wish it could be washed. It is very hard to clean.

The media could not be loaded. Totally worth the money!Works great for making pasta and empanadas dough. Waaaaay less work to prep them at home now. A bit noisy as you probably can hear on the video, but the con is minimal compared to its pros.I didn’t see anything on the instructions but it seems like you should avoid using water to clean it. Just brushing (brush included) it will do fine.
