I hadn't had lentils since I was a kid, but kept hearing others talking about how easy they are to use, delicious, and really good for you, too. So I got some. This are the plain brown lentils, not the fancy red, yellow or black ones. But they're still very good, and cheap! A bag of these could feed a family of 4 for a week for only a little over a buck. Yeah.

Great food product with high fiber and protein, tastes good, arrives fresh. Size is great for prepping 1-2 meals. Very clean. I haven't pre-washed to prepare and don't notice it clouding the water.

I love these lentil. Great price. I use them in different dishes including my chicken stew and also just eat lentils with rice. I use chicken broth to cook them and season them. Delicious!
