So durable and Reliable
I absolutely love this 2-step stool with a handle! It’s incredibly sturdy and holds up to 440 lbs, which gives me complete confidence when using it. The adjustable handrail is such a thoughtful feature—it provides extra stability and makes climbing up and down so much safer, especially for seniors or anyone needing extra support. The non-skid platform is a lifesaver, ensuring no slips, even on smooth surfaces. I’ve used it everywhere—by the bedside, in the kitchen, and even to get in and out of the car. It’s practical, reliable, and has quickly become an essential part of my daily routine!

Great Step Ladder
This is a safe ladder to use especially for older people that have trouble getting in and out of bed. I purchased this Ladder for my Mother and she is very happy with it. It is very sturdy and stays in place. The height is adjustable and it serves the purpose helping her to get in and out of bed. Assembly was very easy. No problem.

Sturdy and heavy.
Very heavy, sturdy, and near impossible to put together based on directions. Not for something you need to move around often. I purchased for outdoor my small travel trailer.

Well made
This set of steps has helped me so much to get in and out of my bed after having a knee replacement. I also placed reflective tape on the steps and rail to help me see them at night. Good quality.

Good product, VERY bad assembly instructions
I don't this product simply because the instructions are absolutely useless. I have assembled lots of furniture, etc. and these instructions are the WORST I've ever encountered. They are inaccurate, small print, and missing parts of sentences! It will be a miracle if I get this right. At first, I thought it was missing two screws. Surprisingly, they put all but 2 of the screws into the places where they'll go, but not these two that go in one of the steps. They are inserted in the top step, but not the bottom. I didn't think they were there, until I went back through the packing with a fine-tooth comb and found a tiny little plastic packet with an allen wrench (didn't think they had included that, either), and the two screws and curved washers. Why they didn't just put them in the holes to begin with I'll never know. So, I assembled a lot of this with my own Allen wrench, and thought I'd have to go to Home Depot to buy screws, but it seems that I don't have to. That in no way, though, changes my opinion of the instructions. They are still awful. They are such small print and just downright confusing. They tell you that you can put the handrail on either side, but don't give you instructions for how to build it in either direction. I recently assembled an IKEA desk with an orientation difference and they made it abundantly clear how you would proceed in a certain step depending on which side you wanted a certain piece to be. Not this stepstool. I'll be lucky if I get the handrail on the left, as I want. We'll see. I expect it will be sturdy. Not questioning that, although I haven't used it yet. It's just the instructions and the packing! Good grief! I have good eyesight, all my faculties, and I'm having trouble. What would someone older with more eyesight and cognitive problems do? Give up? I'd love to give this more stars, but I think I could if the company would upgrade their instructions so they're readable!

Safe and works well
I have a Truck and my wife was having difficulties getting in! This works well as she can step up plus hold the side bar!

Steps slick
The steps were very slick. My mother fell when her foot slid.
