Used for both snoring and congestion, and they work instantly. They open up my nose so well, I take them everywhere, even when traveling.They stay on all night, no irritation, just a little sticky in the morning, but totally worth it. This is a 5-star must-have for better sleep.

When I am pregnant my nose swells and I have a hard time breathing clearly every night. It was such a struggle to sleep until I found these little strips! They work so well, I wear them every night and can breathe clearly and sleep great. The adhesive is strong enough to last all night keeping my nostrils open. I love that they are a natural option. The only downside is that they do leave a mark on your nose with some of the adhesive that you have to really rub off in the morning. I also find that my nose gets slightly red after wearing. Once every week I give my nose a break for a night from wearing a strip and I am good for another week. Great product, highly recommend.

It's a really good product, it's worth it. The material is good and fulfills its function, only that it should improve in the glue. It doesn't stick to the skin as much as it should, although it still works.

I can finally breathe at night! This strip has reduced my snoring and allows better airflow while I sleep. Easy to use, high quality nose strips that do not come off until you take it off. It’s clear and barely noticeable once applied.

It is my personal experience after trying this product for two boxes to have a fair trial. The strip itself is a quality build and sturdy. It comes in individual packaging like bandage. It provides clear instruction about the placement of the strip and it should fit the size and shape of majority of people. It is a must to clean your noise before applying. Body oil on your nose will not work well and the strip will not stick, period. The sticky is fair gentle on your skin to remove, or may be it is too gentle. I do not have a very acute angled nose but it is still very hard for the strip to bend to match the curve of my nose. It also feels like the sticky pad is not strong enough to support the plastic strip core. I did have to throw away and reopen new strip a few times because it just would not stay in place. It could get frustrated easily when you are ready to bed. It is not too expensive compare to other choices.

My nose is always stuffy, I had a imaging exam and everything looks fine. The strips were recommended by a friend. The first time I tried it, it was a small miracle. I sleep soundly. I could breathe! I highly recommend trying these. I recommend using a little alcohol wipe on your nose to keep it stuck firmly. I wear mine around the house sometimes too. I can now take a nice breath thru my nose. Avoiding my mouth being dry all the time.

For whatever reason my nasal cavity continues to slam shut on me which normally ends up with one nostril completely plugged and the other with restricted breathing. I have had sinus surgery to open things up, but without constant use of nasal sprays it eventually swells shut. Prescription sprays give me a headache and OTC sprays can only be used for a limited time before it just makes things worse.I am not a mouth breather. Sleeping is extremely difficult as I need to stay in very specific position or I end up feeling like I am suffocating. Usually my right nostril is completely closed so I need to lay on the left side of my face and use the pillow to stretch my cheek to open my left nostril. It is almost impossible to maintain that position overnight, so this has led to many, many sleepless nights.About 10(?) years ago I found these strips and they absolutely changed my sleeping, and waking life! I put one of these on and immediately felt my nose opening up. I got the best night sleep that night that I have had in years. I actually had very vivid dreams that I was not expecting. Apparently REM sleep was something I wasn't getting before as I was constantly waking up feeling suffocated. The next day I was refreshed in a way I haven't felt in a long time.I started with the 2 plastic strand tan version and was happy when they came out with these 3 strand clear. I do feel a slight increase in airflow with these.To people who are having a problem with the strip falling off you are probably not following the directions, or you may have very oily skin. You need to wash and dry your nose or the oils in your nose will break down the adhesive within hours. I was actually having problems with these sticking TOO MUCH to the point where I was getting a red spot at the bridge of my nose from peeling it off in the morning. I fixed this by putting a little dab of Burt's Beeswax lip balm on the bridge of my nose and working it in to the strip as I'm putting it on. The sides stay nice and sticky but the tip doesn't stick as much. A few splashes of warm water in the morning and it slides right off.I do use these nightly and have for years. I have seen no apparent side effects, however when you wake up and take this off you will notice your nose is slightly larger for a little while. As you get moving it settles back to normal, but I do wonder what long term use will do in this regard. As your nose continues to grow over your life I wonder if this may affect elasticity in the skin. But overall I really don't care. I can breath!

These work really well when you first put them on but even with careful application to a recently washed face I can’t seem to get both sides of the wings to stay attached to my nose through a whole night. I really like how it works when I first put it on, but if you want to wear these while sleeping then you are better off getting the normal tan colored variety.When you take these off you will have adhesive on your nose that will be annoying. Taking it off in the shower helps but doesn’t entirely prevent this for me. I notice it when I put my glasses on and take them off. Not ideal but a small tradeoff if you want to breathe better.
