A lot of fun. Would recommend
Santa brought this for the kids this Xmas. We have several marble runs and magnetic building blocks so this seemed to be a good melding of the two. We love this set! It has been played with the most from all of their Xmas gifts this year. My 7 year old took to it right away and has made some really cool runs. My engineeringly disinclined 5 yo, who typically gets frustrated with marble runs that tip over easily has been playing with these as well- way more than I would’ve thought. They are large, easy to assemble and teach basic math/reasoning. Like previous reviewers have mentioned (but is the case with all of these building toys), you really need more to make longer tracks. And the price point is not cheap. We have taken to using blocks from other sets to make taller runs and will likely eventually buy another set, hopefully on sale.

Great for the imagination
“My aunt purchased this set for my son’s 4th birthday. He’s had it for a few weeks now and above all other toys, he has been choosing this. It’s really fun to watch him create different structures by mixing and matching the magnetic pieces. He creates something new every time. And even though she doesn’t make fancy constructions, his 2.5 year old sister is loving to build more simple structures and test out her brothers ramps. I would recommend this product to anyone with kids who love to build. Great customer service too!”

Wanted to love this product but...
Gave 3 stars because the QUALITY is AMAZING along with the concept. HOWEVER, bought 60 pc set and was disappointed. My grandson doesn't understand why he can't build all the pictures. We bought the largest set (60 pc) and "Some construction may need additional parts" continues to apply. Try to explain THAT to a 4 year old. I feel they are too expensive to have to buy MORE just to complete all of the sample designs. Won't return his birthday gift. Take my advice and consider alternatives seriously before spending $80. Also, I noticed advertisement claims it's an American company but company info includes UK address... Will wait and see how grandson plays with it and may revise review at later date. LOST BALL TIP: Our 4 (1-1/4 inch) balls get lost quickly and easily. ****Found a 1.25" (natural wood) craft balls (10 pk) for $4.08 on Amazon!

Great set.
It’s a great quality set! It can be stuck on the fridge to play as well and I like being able to teach my kid why the ball can or can’t go through and why it goes down faster when it is a sloped path. My 3 year old had a lot of fun with it.It comes with a booklet of different things to build. We were able to build the dog and best part is it has a working ball run in it. It also comes with a few mats you build a ball run on top of to solve problems. It also comes with a storage bag!I do feel it is a wee bit pricey and I’ve only played with it a handful of times so it’d be pricey to get more sets to build bigger ball runs.

These are fabulous.
My grand kids got these in the mail around noon and played with them until nap time. When nap time was over they were right at it again. All three, ages 2, 3, and 4, enjoyed these. My daughter sat with the two older ones later in the day and did some problem solving as to why their marbles could go thru the blocks. These are wonderful! Our little one like the magnetic aspect but also loved putting her marble thru the track. I love that the "marbles" are wooden and big enough not to worry about them putting them in their mouth. We have ordered another set!

Can’t build any of the suggested design ideas - forces you to buy more pieces. Don’t fall for it.
We wanted to love this item - my 3 yr old LOVES marble runs and we thought this would be perfect since it’s magnetic and, theoretically, easier to assemble. The pieces themselves are well made and connect together easily (and it falls over and apart easily too) however it seems impossible to build anything with the set as is. We bought the larger 60 piece set thinking it was more versatile and could build more but in fact you can’t even build most of the pictured runs. It seems like a scam to me to sell an incomplete set, basically forcing us to buy yet another (VERY expensive) set just so my kids can build the pictured items. I find this type of marketing reprehensible and it’s going back. Shame on you Hipococo. You need to repackage your sets so that a stand-alone 60 piece set has enough pieces to build runs AND provide kids (and adults) with design ideas that CAN ACTUALLY BE DONE.

If your kids love to build, they will love this!
My son has an engineer brain, he absolutely loves creating hot wheels tracks and train routes. This gift was such a fun and fantastic gift! He loves building different ways of making the track do fun things! And my daughter, who loves the flat magnet blocks, loves these blocks more because they are so interactive with the ball tracks. Such a great idea!!!

Not worth it
The magnet are not strong enough to hold the blobks tpgether... The toy is not worth the 80 dollars I paid...terribly frustrated putting it together for it to fall as assembling
