Can you fit 2 of these in a Weber 22" Kettle Grill?

I don't have a kettle but i'm pretty sure 2 will fit.

are the drip pan dimensions correct? 2.5" x 17.5"? Seems very narrow? What are the dimensions of the rack itself? 11" x 2'?

17.5" long includes handles. Width is 6.5" to edges of the tray. Rack is 13" by 4.75"

Can it handle whole chicken legs , or just drumsticks ?

I would say just the drumstick for ideal cooking or smoking of the meat. Although the top of the rack is open so I suppose the thigh portion of the whole leg could sit up top but I can't say for sure if this rack would support all of that meat. Don't think it was designed for that. Contact the manufacturer
