Great product. if your looking for a portable snack or something as part of your keto diet these beef sticks are delicious and filling. Perfect choice to throw in your backpack for work, hiking or trip to the beach/lake.

I have been a fan of Chomps sticks since I discovered them (they are one of the rare brands, if not the only one, with no added sugar). I eat two or three every day (can eat more but sadly they're not cheap). I tried a few flavors and venison has become my favorite but the taste and texture vary with each new box I buy. The first and second batches were great, the third and fourth were greasy and left a greasy film on the roof of my mouth with a bad aftertaste. But today I bought two from a grocery store and they tasted amazing. I highly doubt that this variability in taste is due to delivery conditions: my last delivery was pretty warm and it might have had an effect on the consistency of the product. It might be a better idea to not buy it in the summer.

Love a venison option that's pork-free, taste great! I'd give a 5 star except I think the pepper is a bit much and I know others who'd buy it more if it weren't for that. Just make a spicy version lol

I am a big fan of Comps and meat sticks that have simple ingredients but the Chomps venison sticks are disgusting. I love venison but these meat sticks have a weird texture and leave a waxy greasy film on the roof of your mouth that I did not like at all. Chomps are expensive higher end snacks so I’m surprised this flavor was so bad. For $55 I expected a lot more. Waste of money. Don’t buy these.
