Groz 41931 Plastic Anti Splash Funnel with Filter Screen

I have a gasoline pump for my tanker truck trailer. Needed a funnel to fill it with petrol when low. Wanted a "big mouth" funnel instead of the dinky one previous driver left in truck. It's a quality made product but be aware.... It's BIG. It works for my tight space application but it's designed to fill big trucks, tractors and equipment. It will probably hold two gallons of oil(?). I bought two so I could have one for myself when I change oil in my cars.

I have had this item for over a year and it still works great. I use it regularly in filling up the tractor and mowers. The screen blocks out leaves of particles that can blow around. I love the size so I minimize spills.

I cut off the narrowest part of the funnel and use this to put jigsaw puzzle pieces in bags. Works great for our puzzle exchange and at home. I added a cardboard tube that is the height of the bag so it is a wonderful solution for a unique application.

I needed a screen filter for my generator and lawn equip gas (ethanol free). I had ran into some "trash" recently that clogged up the generator carbuerator (and was found floating in the gas can). I used this funnel to filter out the "trash" and have had no problem since. I like the size, too- quite big!

Perfect for what I needed

I bought this a few months ago for doing oil changes at home and finally used it today. I bought it to dump the oil drain/catch pan into the empty 5 quart oil container after changing the oil. I used to use this small (maybe 3" around) funnel before, and would insert it into the pour hole of the empty 5 quart oil container. Because it was so small and the oil drain/catch pan so big, there would always be some drip of the edge and mud the funnel, no matter how careful and slow I did it, and that was just annoying. This big azz rectangular funnel solved that problem completely.

This is thick tough plastic i dump hot oil through it for soap making and then it goes through the dishwasher and its ready again. Very tough
