First time using this oil I was recommended to use this oil for inflammation so I have been having trouble with my knee and felt it wasn’t injury that I could say the pain was coming from so I felt it was an inflammation problem. This oil has no color dye good oil great on my skin for skin care and I felt it was very effective definitely recommend
