Does not include NSAID/Aspirin
Product pictured by seller is not correct. This doesn't include any pain reliever. I'll still use for heartburn I guess. But the pain reliever is really necessary when I'm dealing with bad heartburn. False advertising.

Not the product in the picture. The one you get is only for heartburn not headaches.

The boxart of this former good product, sits on a throne of lies
So I assume I was actually going to get the 'ole fashioned' Alka-Seltzer Extra Strength that actually has the pain killer in it. But the boxart isn't what I got delivered.AVOID THIS PRODUCT as it's misleading! It is NOT what the box shows! Noone sells this version! You'll get the Heartburn version. I'm glad it helps people, but I preferred the old version. And to even keep the name 'Extra Strength' is an insult. It should be renamed to Alka-Seltzer Plus Heartburn, and that's it.I spent $60, thinking this was the last (safe, aka not eBay) place on Earth I could find Alka-Seltzer Extra Strength, and only got the useless Heartburn version. I cannot find it from my local grocery stores or drug stores anymore. All they sell is the Heartburn version, disguised behind a former great product. This should be illegal. Every time I see this misleading boxart, I keep hoping that finally I would get the version with 400mg's of Aspirin in it (like it was before). And I keep falling for this scam. Not anymore. Especially now that I've learned the truth, from an article back in 2017.. which they (Bayer) took 5 years until finally screwing me and my family who depend on this product. It claims the reason was 'consumer trends'. I have a hard time believing that, as they never looked at me and my family of the reasons we buy this product.I used it for headaches (mainly tooth-related ones) and for my stomach. And now I can't use it anymore, because it's missing that powerful 400mg's of Aspirin.Plus, Bayer left no alternatives for people like us. I don't like "just deal with it" being the only answer to why I can't get what I've been used to get anymore.Bayer, why couldn't you had just left well enough alone? Why couldn't you had made your Heartburn version a new product, and LEFT ALONE this one?
