Good Quality Part
This were a gift for a family member. They've had no complaints about this product. It's still working well until now. It was easy for them to install. I believe according to their feedback it was a good value for the money and a good quality part.

Little touchy when it comes to the valve dial.
Once installed you will need to play with the dial till you get that sweet spot for pressure vs flame. Went ahead and set up the grill for full flame setting then opened the main tank valve. The turned the big dial till I could get the flame where it was on the older replaced hose results.

Upgraded my portable CampChef stove
I used this assembly to upgrade my new portable Camp Chef propane camp stove. The stove is excellent; however, I didn't want to rely on using the annoying and expensive 1-lb. disposable bottles, so I bought a 5-lb. propane tank, and then looked around for a good way to attach the tank to my new stove. This regulator and hose offered by GASPRO are exactly what I need to do the job.Regulators work best when they're operating near the middle of their dynamic range. Since the nominal gauge pressure supplied by the stock Camp Chef regulator is 17 psi, I figured the ideal regulator would go to ~ 34 psi; thus, the range of 0-30 psi is just about right. Also, I knew that I wanted a gauge on the regulator's output, which this hose also has (you don't want to guess about something like the supply pressure of a flammable gas). By the way, it's standard to use a gauge whose range is 2× the regulator's max output (to prevent the possibility of overpressuring the gauge), so the gauge's range of 0-60 psi is also appropriate.I also had to make an adapter to allow connecting the GASPRO hose to my stove, and this adapter can be seen in the attached pictures.Setting the pressure with this arrangement is very simple. Contrary to comments made by other reviewers, I have found that the regulator does a great job of maintaining its set value, and I love being able to adjust the supply pressure. Basically, with the pressure turned all the way up, the stove is capable of affecting local weather patterns; turned all the way down, the stove provides the slowest, sweetest simmer ever achieved with a portable camp stove.By the way, as a few others have commented on this website, this assembly will NOT work for a low-pressure system like what is found in most "backyard grills." This is not due to any fault on the part of the GASPRO regulator. Before getting a regulator for any gas-fueled cooking appliance, it is necessary to determine first what supply pressure is needed by the appliance. The operating pressure of a low-pressure gas appliance is on the order of 5% -or less- of the dynamic range of this GASPRO regulator.

Worst piece of junk
I recieved the replacement yesterday. Today I hook it up too the propane bottle and it doesn’t work. The regulator won’t work. You open the valve very slowly and it will work but the second you adj the flame it quits working. And if you try too shut it off and re start it. It won’t even come on. The first one worked good but leaked out the connector. I do y know if this one leaks I can’t get it too g enough too check it. What a piece of junk. Don’t recommend it too anyone.

Amazing with a Blackstone!
So Blackstones have a finicky and touchy safety regulator. You have to reset it if you dont fire up the griddle the exact right way and resetting it can be tricky as well. If you dont do this then your flame will be so low to be non-existent. I saw this regulator recommended on another forum and this thing is great! You can fully adjust the pressure using the dial to how much gas flows. You can turn your Blackstone into a steel forge if you crank it up! I dont recommend that of course! It does get much hotter than before and no more dealing with that regulator issue from Blackstone. Only downside is you can use up more propane if it's cranked up.Been using this a couple of months and it's been flawless so far. I do shut off the propane after use like everyone should so no idea if it will leak over time.

Amazing adjustable regulator
I absolutely love this regulator. I decided to try out one of those neevo smart grill bbqs (the 720 model) and it's been nothing but problems. For instance after a propane tank gets about half way empty it just stops working because with the regulator that came with it the pressure becomes lower than the BBQ expects and it just refuses to turn on. I swapped that regulator out with this one. The BBQ only needs 1PSI to function and it'll refuse to turn on if the pressure is below or above that, so this thing is overkill with it going up to 30PSI but that doesn't matter. What I do is I just turn the dial until I see it hit 1PSI on the gauge and then the BBQ lights up without issue and runs exactly as it should. This allows me to make sure the pressure is always at the level that the neevo smart grill is expecting. Obviously this is a major design flaw with this neevo smart grill but at least this regulator allows me to work around the problem. It's the last time I'm buying one of these smart grills but this regulator works perfectly, the gauge it has to show the psi works flawlessly and this was a life saver for me. I thought I was going to have to just throw this bbq out until I found and installed this on it. If anyone is looking for a quality adjustable propane regulator this is the one to get. I'm super impressed with it.
