Fantastic teaching supplement!
I love keeping these on hand. It's a great thing to have on hand for a few spare minutes or when a parent is late picking up a child or when a student is having one of "those days" and feels like they're playing poorly.. If I can make a game of it, then they can leave the lesson in a much better place. Where else in the world can you get that for under $10. (Also great for when a student has a broken or sprained wrist.) I have two sets of both set A and B, and sometimes let the kids play "concentration" ("matching") using two sets together.

Good set, numbered and color coded
This set B of Music Flash cards consists of 120 flash cards. The flash cards are roughly 6x3 inches, so they are more "widescreen" than the typical flash cards you find at office supply stores. The whole stack of flashcards included is just over 1 inches thick. The cards are too tall to fit into a standard 5x3 inch index card holder. There are three sets of flashcards in this set. The pink ones cover music terms, the white ones scales/cords/progressions and the yellow ones rhythm. These are the B set, continuing from the Hal Leonard A set. That's why the cards in this set are numbered 41-80. Each card is individually numbered, so if you mess them up, you can always re-order them by number. In addition to the cards, there is a three-sided colorful wrapper that is an index of all included cards inside. The cards are held together by a rubber band, and an additional rubber band holds the card stack and the wrapper together. The cards are definitely thicker than copy paper, but they could perhaps have been a little bit thicker than they are.The yellow rhythm cards start with an overview card with teaching instructions on the back. It covers 54 different rhythm patterns. The first ten are instructional, with the explanation on the back of the card. The remaining ones have rhythm patterns on each side. The white patterns/scales/cord progression cards start with an overview card and then have 39 examples in the following keys: C Major, G major, F Major, A minor, E minor, D minor. The pink cards show different music terms along with a couple of music symbols.Overall, I found them useful for quick casual learning and refreshing of one's musical memory. Keep in mind, this is the B set, so if you are a beginner beginner, you may want to start with the A set.

Noted
Another great set of flash cards from Hal-Leonard. Well worth the purchase. If you want to learn, or teach someone music notation, or just want to review what you learned in the past, this is a great way to do so. Flash cards are forever useful items. I have never been disappointed in any HL products.

Convenient and easy to use
Great for beginners to learn their way around the piano. They are very helpful in learning notes, terms, and symbols.

Not very durable
Not exactly what I was hoping for. I wanted heavier weight flash cards for use with small children. These are okay but won't be durable enough for my group of 4-6 year olds.
