Baltic Linen Pyramid Excel Hotel Hand Towels 16 x 30-inch White 6 Pack

After no longer being able to get the bar mop towels I purchased in the past for hand washing my dishes I went on a search for a replacement. I was unable to find anything large enough and thick enough for my big hands. Then I came across one of these washcloths, although I have no idea how it ended up in my house, divine intervention I suppose, and it was perfect. So I read the tag and did a search on amazon and found the exact same ones.Yes they are a bit pricey for dishrags, but some things in life you need to not sacrifice on and having a good dish rag is one of those things in my world. These are real nice and thick so I can wring them out without feeling like they are going to rip. They are a little big for small glasses, but perfect for larger items and I am okay with that.But if you are reading this you want to know if they are good washcloths. Yes they are plenty soft for washing skin too and I have no problem recommending them for either purpose.

I've learned that luxury name-brand towels don't always live up to their name; after having half of our Ralph Lauren towels unravel within a month or so, I'm no longer attached to brand names. I was pricing out bath mats and they can cost between $20-40 for name brands. I was happy to find a 2 pack for $20. I was hesitant to purchase based on some of the reviews, but I'm glad I did. I think some of the other reviewers have very lofty expectations for a $10 tub mat. I am not sure if they are looking for a pillow-thickness mat or what. I was pleasantly surprised that this mat is plenty thick for my tastes - not thin but not overly thick. I really don't want a overly thick mat because it will take long to dry.

this towel doesn't look new. it looks used, has a smell, I have bought this towel before and this is not how it is supposed to be.

Both the Chelsea and Pyramid Excel by Baltic Linen are excellent every day towels. They appear to be large size, high quality, heavy weight, and very absorbent cotton towels. I found the Chelsea being used on the Carnival Sunshine and really liked the feel and absorbency. While both are comparable and very durable, after trying both I decided to go with the Pyramid Excel. But it was a tough choice. The Pyramid Excel had a slightly better feel to it and a little faster absorption after a couple of washes than the Chelsea, but if they didn't offer the Pyramid Excel I would have been pleased with the Chelsea. These are the first towels I have purchased in the past 15 years that were worth keeping and not returning.

Very soft, but quite thin. If you're using for a guest room with other textiles then it should be fine. I would not consider for an area where there will be a lot of use because it does feel quite flimsy. Up close you can certainly tell this is not well made. But considering the price, and where you use it, this can be functional.

I've bought 2 sets of these towels now - and love themThey are sturdy, comfortable to use and "feel" very nice against the skin

I discovered these Pyramid Excel By Baltic Linen 100% cotton washcloths at the Hapuna Resort Hotel on the Big Island of Hawaii. I loved how thick and rich feeling they were, and when you soak them and put them on your face, you feel like you are in a spa somewhere, they feel so good against your skin. They are great at exfoliating your skin as well. They make the skin all over your body feel refreshed and vibrant. I felt so lucky that I could get these great washclothes right on Amazon.com for a reasonable price!

The tub mats are large, soft, securely hemmed and a good value for the money! I shopped around, sales included, before ordering them "just to see" and now plan to order more! UPDATE: I went to order two more and found the price had risen from $16 for two mats to $54 for two mats--WHAT? Be sure you scroll down to other offers and find them supplied through Amazon where the price has gone up $4 but still offers free shipping. The whole point of white tub mats is value, imho...and this product is bordering on losing that appeal...: (
