No editing. No ending. The usual.
I liked the characters in this book. They were likeable, relatable, and funny, at times. Their interactions show some very real emotion between them. That's about it. The explanation for the event makes no sense. It happens and then immediately reverses itself? Not possible. Actually, the event itself is not possible. The title has one mention in the book and it's from a guy in Australia, so it matters nothing to the people in the US.Are the walking quiet people supposed to make this some kind of zombie book? They don't.As usual with this author, the book appears not to have been edited; also, she still doesn't know how to end a book. It just ends. Over. Done. No tying up loose ends. Very unsatisfying. Readers want to know what happens to the characters they have come to know and like. You won't find that here.I can't recommend this book.

This one is no Earth shaker
I loved the way this book started out, with a real twist on end-of-the-world scenarios. Early chapters were very interesting. You could practically smell the dead lying everywhere. And you could feel the pain of a few survivors finding out their loved ones had not survived. But then the story seemed to go no where. It included a boy who was seeing visions, but the author lacked the ability to build on that as Stephen King would have done. It had zombies that weren't zombies, entire flocks of mindless people who were still alive yet apparently required no food or water to stay alive. No solid explanations were offered regarding how the world suddenly ended -- a temporary drop in worldwide oxygen? And the book never really reached a climax. The survivors set out to reach a destination and of course they reached it -- despite floods, snow and highways cluttered with countless crashed vehicles of the dead. And then it jumped into the future for a brief wrap up. Ho-hum.

A Promising Story, But Incomplete and Filled with Errors
This book looked to be right in my wheelhouse. I love post-Apocalypse survival stories, like The Stand. I liked the overall storyline, but there wasn't too much else. The book seemed to be not much beyond an outline, or a first draft. For one thing, there are a lot of errors in grammar, word use, and sentence structure. More importantly, it seems like a lot of the book is missing, as if many pages were omitted. The science and reasoning for the apocalypse is given very short shrift, with ridiculous science and logic involved. Most of the characters motivations seem vey unclear. Then the book has an absurdly quick and crude ending, as if some deadline was reached. Some books are unnecessarily long and bloated. This one needed at least 100 more pages to make a complete story.

Outstanding!
This book blows the covers off other post-apocalyptic stories! I expect a good story from Druga, but this story makes me want to remodel my basement into a bunker. The plot is so intense that when the cause of the destruction is made clear, it seems as if the story is predicting the future. Start building a safe spot to sit out the END OF THE WORLD. If you can find a safe spot....

4 Stars!!
10:37 is the first book I’ve read by Jacqueline Druga and I enjoyed it. It’s a post-apocalyptic story.Out of no where most of the earths population just drops dead and the story focuses on 4 survivors. An eight year old boy, Daswson, a country music star, Judd, a police officer, Ross, and a middle age bitter divorced woman, Morgan. As they try to make their way to other survivors the weather begins to change and there are some strange encounters with other survivors. It’s obvious the group will have some challenges. If you enjoy reading end of the world books then I recommend 10:37.

Could be a good story, but very hard to read
This could have been a good story, but the extremely poor editing makes it almost impossible to read. Wrong words, misspellings, and poor structure distract from being able to get into the story. I wasn't impressed in this day and age of digital assistance for writers.

Different, but good
If you like flawed characters, you are going to love this book. For people who think the hero survivors in SHTF fiction can get self-righteous, boy, you are really going to love this book. The narrative gets a little hard to follow in places & there are plot threads that I wish had been explored. However, the characters stay in your mind, making this a very worthwhile read. As always, my thanks to Ms Druga for her work!

Wow!
This book was not what I expected! I read it in less than a day and was hooked from the first page! For apocalyptic fiction, It’s a quick and easy read but the story also had a lot of hearts. I wouldn’t mind a little more explanation on some of the plot points, but overall this is an excellent read and I highly recommend it!

Editor required
Not a bad story, but could have been longer. It felt like the ending had been finished in a hurry. Suffers from the same problem as the authors previous books - poor use of English and inadequate editing.

One for the fans!
As always, Druga starts with a shocking opening to her novel. Enjoying this read seems better than Protocol.

Great but unanswered questions
I really enjoyed the book but was disappointed by the ending, it seemed to end so quickly and there were many unanswered questions.

Short but Good
Shorter than most of Ms Druga's books, but just as enjoyable. A few typos in the text. Good story with interesting characters.
