This breaker fits flush on any flat surface, and works perfectly. If more is needed I will order more of the same.

Upgraded to this 200 amp 3/8 stud breaker from a 200 amp 1/4 stud breaker. This resolved my high resistance issue causing my battery bank BMS to shut down prematurely. I highly recommend using 3/8 studed breakers if you're using large gauge wire and pulling more than 1000 watts.I will update later if any issues arise.

I use this product as a circuit breaker between my solar and my batteries.

I needed a replacement for a similar red--buttoned and -levered 100 Amp device, as it kept blowing when I started my warm vehicle engine. The application is as a battery disconnect switch for my RV's engine, using the negative terminal of the battery. This unit worked fine, after repeated engine start-ups. When cold, a 100-amp unit does fine, but when the engine is warm, sometimes the starter is a little wonky, and takes a few seconds to get up to speed. The 100 amp unit I had was prone to blowing, even using it on the negative battery terminal. Very frustrating when you are gassing up at Costco, with people in line behind you! Recommend this unit. It would be nice if I could find a similar unit with 3/8 inch lugs rated at 300 amps, though, just for safety's sake. Don't buy ANY battery disconnect for ANY vehicle unless it has 3/8-inch lugs. Many have 1/4-inch lugs, and you will be wasting your money. So far, so good. If I have any problems, I will report back.

Solved my issue thus far.

I installed this circuit breaker on my bass boat for my trolling motor. It appears to be made of durable materials but only time will tell. It arrived as described and was very simple to install. I was impressed on how fast it was delivered to my house...less then 24 hours by amazon.

I used this to replace a 200amp switch that had smaller studs. This one has 3/8 studs. The one I got first wouldn't run my travel trailer microwave for more than 2min. This one works great.

This product is cheaper than West Marine barker, easy to install, and will protect my electronics for my ocean fishing boat.
