Is it safe to put this stuff down the drain if you dilute it?

It claims to be environmentally safe. That said I have never received an MSDS sheet with it or a link to one that I can find on the bottle, so I have to assume if it can be sold without one that it should be safe to put down a drain.

My airbrush will only spray air and not the paint . The paint keeps bubbling at the top. Will this help fix it ?

That can usually mean your paint is too thick or there is a blockage in the needle. If you spray again with just water and nothing comes out, then it’s the needle. You’ll have to take it apart and do a deep clean. That normally fixes it for me.

Do this work on shirts ?

It works really well for loosening up water based paint in airbrushes. That said, when you get it on your shirt and don't get it rinsed right away, it can start to pull the dye from your shirt. It's not every shirt, but I do have a spotty craft shirt now.

Does it work with oil painting brushes

I don't think so. I believe it's mainly for acrylic residue in airbrushes.
