Perfect fit for h310m-eV2.0, dropped temps of 9400f by almost 50% over stock cooler!
Man oh man, this things rules. First AIO unit. Installation took 5 minutes and only required removing the back cover of the case. Everything fit together perfectly on this LGA 1151 (h310m-e R2.0). Thread holes were clean and perfect for the included fan screws on the radiator. The mounting screws pushed snugly into the backplate flush and lined up perfectly for the waterblock. Everything threaded beautifully and looks absolutely gorgeous (pictures coming soon).Bought a 2080ti for VR flight simming and my poor little stock-cooled 9400f was pegged at 80c trying to keep up in xplane 11 when I started increasing settings. I decided to take the plunge and buy the Captain for a 9900k and m-atx Z390, but while waiting for a new case decided to test the Captain on this i5 processor, with the stock paste it comes with on the copper plate, and try xplane 11 again. Well! Top recorded temp was 49c, which I only saw it spike to once, and average was about 42!!! I'm. blown. away.Major improvement in performance, as the i5 no longer had to throttle like crazy to maintain 80c. Was able to fly in stormy weather with vsync on at 90hz, 150% SS, 50% reprojection and not a single stutter in a Cessna 172. I could have probably pushed it much further. My 2080ti was also running an average of 8c-12c cooler! I imagine that's thanks to the heat radiator being outside the case (for now) and the stock cpu fan no longer hitting the card with 80c air.I only have the stock cooler to compare to right now, but 50% under load is huge and I really wasn't expecting that much of a difference. Idle temps drastically improved as well. i5 9400f used to be 36-39 idle with stock cooler. With the captain, it's ambient, AMBIENT at 23c idle and won't break an average of 30 during normal desktop use. Unreal. Judging on its performance thus far, I'd recommend this product to my best friend and family in a single heartbeat. Will update to report performance with 9900k and some pics when I get the new case.

Good value for RGB builds.
After a couple weeks of use, I'm able to give a review. I did buy a couple of these Captain 240 RGB V2's while they were on sale. I also bought 4 packs of Deepcool RF120 rgb fans (the same fans included with this AIO) to link up for a complete motherboard controlled RGB setup.I've only installed one unit so far in a system rebuild, and will be waiting for the release of the AMD 3950x for the second unit. The unit I did install is cooling my 2700x in a budget Matrexx 55 case, so a full Deepcool themed build. The whole thing took only a few minutes to setup and install. The cooling performance is above average for an AIO, but not in the top three. It keeps my 2700x in the low to mid 60c range after an hour+ of game play. I use auto turbo and PBO instead of an all core overclock as it's a little better with older titles that use fewer cores and allows one or two of them to go beyond 4.3 GHz.Even after hours of heavy gameplay at a time, I never hear the fans, and rarely see them speed up past their original starting speed. I've found no reason to adjust the stock fan speed as it's perfect as is.There are cons to the unit that are worth noting:The LEDs on these fans (both the case fans and the one that ship with this unit), are NOT very uniform in their brightness. All 6 fans exhibit different brightness, but not by alot. Noticeable, but not a huge thing. The RGB cables (which are separate from the power cables), are shorter than I would have liked. An extra 2" would really help in larger cases. The fans that ship with this unit are missing the anti vibration rubber corner pieces that ship the stand alone fans. As I have not needed to increase fan speeds to maximum, this isn't an issue. But if you plan to do all core overclock on AMD or Intel, you may want to invest in buying some separately.I didn't encounter the mounting screw problem that others did. My 2700x is in an AM4 socket, Asus Strix X470 and the mounting screws do not touch the hose.In all, it seems to be a very good value AIO for those wanting reasonably priced RGB.***EDIT***I've installed a number of these for myself and others at this point. I wanted to make clear an issue that I see keep popping up. Many of the negative reviews keep saying that the mounting holes on the radiator aren't threaded. They are, but the paint has filled in the threads. If you're not careful when starting a screw, the paint can cause you to cross thread it.Also many negative comments call out the backplate screws for being to short. When I guided a friend in an installation I saw he didn't install the screws correctly and they would have been to short. The screws for AM4 and 1151 have a hex head. The hex head must be pushed into the holding track until it is flush. To me, these are obvious things and not something I had even considered a problem. I'm not going to change my review score as it's still a great value AIO in both performance and looks. I just wanted to try and clear up some of the criticisms that make it seem bad.

A Fantastic Cooler from a Unique Brand
Wow. What a great cooler. Delivery was prompt, and packaging was fully intact, with no signs of shipping damage. Installation was a breeze with the included parts, and the box included mounting screws, 2 RGB fans, a universal backplate for both Intel, AMD, and AM4 sockets, AMD mounting brackets, the cooler, and a couple more accessories. Upon inspection, the radiator feels very sturdy, and the pump head feels solid and durable. One issue: I tried installing it in the NZXT H200. Please note that ITX cases have trouble installing this, as the tubes can be a little bit too long. Instead, I installed it in an H500, and it worked beautifully. Temperatures were at an all-time low for both my Ryzen 5 2600 and my Ryzen 7 2700X, as well as my Core i7 7700K. As I generally do a lot of testing, this cooler impressed me with both style and performance. Note that the pump head does have a glass tube extending from it that is pre-filled, so be careful when installing to not hit or scratch it on anything as you lower the pump head onto the CPU.Overall, a well built cooler with no leakage issues, a beautiful RGB design, and a great price to match. Great job, Deepcool!
