Great dry lube
Goes on dry and stays on, I reapply it every other ride to my cleats and pedals I run my Clicklist pedals very loose so I get a lot of pivoting movement. This lube keeps that smooth.

It's not your bottom bracket
I tried this to solve the squeaking sound from what I initially thought was coming from me pedals or bottom bracket. Turns out the noise was from my SPD cleats as this solved the problem.

Lubricant works as expected. Applicator straw the wrong size.
The straw that came with the can was too big to fit inside the nozzle. I ended up buying a cheap can of spray lubricant just for the appropriately sized straw. The lubricant works great otherwise.

PELOTON MUST HAVE
Got my Peloton bike about a month ago. Shortly after, while I was in a class where you get out of the saddle and had resistance of 50+ I noticed a small creaking that grew worse every day. After reading through some forums someone linked me to this product. for the price I thought it was definitely worth a shot. Was delivered today I sprayed it on the cleats and waited about 5 mins... went for a 30 Min Pop Ride with Cody Rigsby and ABSOLUTELY NO CREAKING. because i wasnt being distracted by the noice/annoyance I also got my new PR!

Pedal Spray
I tried this spray-on lubricant on both my Shimano SPD-SL road cycling pedals as well as my SPD mountain pedals, and it seems to help make clipping in and out smoother and easier. It also seems to help with the little bit of creaking I was getting from the mountain pedals.I like that it's a dry lube so it won't collect dirt like an oil or wet lube would. Time will tell but I'll probably be giving the pedals a quick spritz of this stuff every few rides.

Great product
Bought this to help with a squeaky pedal on my stationary bike. I only needed to use a little bit of it and the squeaking went away instantly. The last time I used it was over a year ago and I haven't had to use it again since, it worked so well. Highly recommend.

Good for indoor bikes, though a white sheen remains
We purchased this lubricant for clips on an indoor Schwinn spinning bike. The pedals would occasionally squeak when riding up from saddle, so we looked for a proper lubricant. While this spray did the job and removed most of the squeaking from the clips, it also added a thin white sheen to the black pedals, which is visible. I think this is likely due to user error and heavy application, but nonetheless, I wish the instructions on the bottle would note that this could be an issue. I would recommend very light applications to indoor bike clips and perhaps do a test spray to see whether color changes are an issue on your own bike clips.
