PuraSun All Natural Dietary Supplement, 120 Soft Gels

I've used this several years now and take the food carotene in the month of Jan bf I leave for Florida.Works wonders and my tan lasts a long time. When I return from FL with a dark tan, I wait til I start to fade and then start up with them again and don't need to take but 2 a day every other day or every 3 days. Being in the sun in the summer just a bit, an hour, will give me a lasting tan all summer long. HIGHLY recommend this product.

I cannot say enough about this product, and am already planning to restock for this coming summer. For some reason, the past couple years I've been getting burned so easily and quickly, no matter how little time I spend in the sun or whether I use SPF. No different medications or any kind of changes. I previously never burned like that. I did a lot of research as to what supplements could help, and this has a majority of all that I found. I took this daily, and truly can say that I saw a difference. My first time in the sun for the year was on the beach, and we all know how that can leave serious burns for the first time because of how strong it is. However, my burn was only slight and was gone by the next day. Over the next month, I got much tanner than I have the past few years combined. Can't wait to start taking these even earlier this year and see the results. 1000000% recommend!!!

Did not give any change in skin color .Do not waste your money on this product it doesn't work. Only works with use of tanning beds. In all honesty if I could return product for my refund I would in a heartbeat. But return of product has expired with Amazon.

Since these require “use in preparation for tanning” it is too hard to tell if the actual tanning or the pills are doing the job. I regularly tan for 40 minutes twice a week and I regularly take the pills. The results are not impressive but maybe the are slightly above average ... ?

I took 4 to 6 of these a day for about a month and a half before a trip to Costa Rica. I did not have any adverse side effects. I did notice toward the end of the month a slight coloring without any tanning. I am very fair skin, Casper white and this gave me more of a flesh color. Not tan but not blinding white. I noticed that any sun exposure seemed to help quickly build color. In Costa Rica, I used a coppertone spf 30 sports spray and didn't burn at all. One day, while in Costa Rica, in the middle of the day, I went out without sun screen and was unexpectedly exposed to direct sun for a good hour. I though for sure I was a goner and would be burnt like a lobster. To my surprise, I didn't burn at all. I don't know if it was from the build of these pills of left over sunscreen from that morning but I was impressed. I would like to see if these pills have an accumulative effect and if my "tan" would deepen with continued use. It would be nice to be ready for the summer sun without having to go tanning. I will admit, once I got to Costa Rica, I stopped taking these. One thing I wish is that it didn't contain soy. Bottom line is that it works but don't expect a really noticeable difference. I saw slight difference with 6 weeks of use. I wasn't going to chance a sunburn on vacation, so I mostly wore sunscreen; but I suspect that this helps accelerate the tanning process given my brief exposure to sun without spf. Although not an spf, I feel that it helped protect my skin some from the sun. I notice that any sunless tan you do get from these pills, in my case a flesh tone, quickly fades with discontinued use. Still worth it though (imho).June 2016- still using this daily. I make sure to use at least 4 pills a day to maintain color. I love being able to wear a tank top and capris without having to bother with sunless tanning lotions, or tanning beds. I notice if I take 4 twice a day I do get a more deeper golden color. Again, not jersey shore bronze, but a nice natural coloring. I don't do that often because I'm note sure what the accumulative side effects might be at such a high dose. So far taking 4 to 6 a day has had no adverse side effects.

Used this in the tanning beds at PF along with tanning lotion, but didn't see any extra tanning going on! Might work in the sun outdoors better, but wasn't impressed with the inside use!

Have used this product for several years. Dr. approved, less sun exposure less chance of skin cancer.I noticed a color difference in just 2 weeks, 1st time I used it!I have urged friends to try PuraSun and their reactions have been most favorable.I do still have fun in the Sun but without the initial Sun Burn.Happy Tanning!Robin, Indiana

I don't think these can harm you and they do work, bringing a beautiful tanned look. I still sunbathe because I believe humans need sunshine. But this means I no longer have to "work on my tan." How boring was that, anyway. And who doesn't like being tan? I've been using these for years, my little secret. In the past, one of the women I used to work with kept rudely questioning me about how I got so tan. She suspected I was doing something and was obviously very jealous. I never answered her questions and it made her really mad!
