Thank you for the question. Our bone broth is a concentrated broth made up of only bones and salt. We don't include veggies and other products in our broth. So that is why when you mix it the broth will be white. You can flavor your cup of broth as you wish with your preferred herbs or spices. Regards Maria

Q: Hi. if you are using this solely as broth during say if and keto how long does an average jar last? how many cups of broth would i get approximately?

The jar is 375g with a suggested serving size of 10g which gives you 37.5 portions so will last just over a month obviously if you use a smaller serving it will last longer. I mix mine with a small scoop of protein collagen, ground turmeric, black pepper and a teaspoon of grass fed ghee and it tastes great. Add a spoonfull of BHB salt and mct oil to kickstart ketosis.

I have a spoonful of this every day. The one I take is 'Best of the Bone' Bone Broth with Healing Mushroom if I can get it. I have read the small print on the side of the jar and this is what it says ; Average Quantity of nutrients/10 gm Protein 3.8g 18 different amino acids average quantity 400 mg Fat1.7g Carbohydate and sugar 0.0g Sodium 473 mg I hope that answers the question.
