It is a beautiful rag. the size 4x6 has still very well pronounced and detailed patternand super vibrant colors. It makes a true statement in the room.Wool is of an amazing quality.Very thick and cushy to walk on.very well made.dense and thick wool.We like it very much. It had some smell to it upon the arrival so we needed to air it out on the deckbut it was okay in two days and no more smell.

I’ve been looking for a real rug to replace my washable area rug for the past year. I stumbled on this gem and it didn’t disappoint! The gray green color is dusty, subtle, and perfectly fits our living room. Pros: it’s so soft and thick! The color was spot on. It’s heavy too, so it’s doesn’t slide around like our old washable one did! Also there aren’t loops in the yarn for pet nails to get snagged on. Cons: it’s wool so there’s a little shedding, nothing a few vacuum passes won’t take care of. After unwrapping, there was a little smell (like plastic) but it went away quickly.We get so many compliments and people are shocked at the price for an 8x10 rug! You won’t regret it!

Black/Gold runner. I love this rug it is just what I was looking for. My bathroom project is not complete yet, but I wanted to post photos anyway, because it is often difficult to judge the rug colors from this company from the product photos. I have several of their rugs in various sizes and patterns, and all have held up very well, a few for more than 10 years. They do shed quite a bit especially at first, but that has not been a huge problem for me.The color is listed as black/gold, but there are lots of tan shades, light green, pink, orange, gray....Hope these photos help if you are considering purchasing.

It's thick that's good. Colors are not bright however nice enough.It sheds terribly.

This rug was delivered early and it is exquisite! It is thick and heavy and it laid flat right away. The quality is everything promised and the colors are vibrant (in a good way!). I am so very pleased with my purchase!

I've been looking for a rug for 2 yrs. This rug is beautiful pics don't do it justice. It's not too light or to dark. Blends with everything. I bought black gold 10 by 14. It's heavy duty don't need pad. Colors are black ,gold,brown,slate blue,moss green,salmon beige. My walls are gold and it ties my room together. Got it within a week.

UPDATE: the moth infestation is really bad despite the use of UV traps in the room. I contacted the manufacturere Safavieh, and they won't do anything to resolve the situation. This was an expensive wool rug and now it goes in the trash. PROTECT YOUR HOME AND FINE CLOTHING, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I like the rug, it's pretty. But it's not really soft and it came with a shipment of clothes moths so I have to give it 3 stars. Get one of these little UV gnat traps along with it.

This is a nice-looking rug that feels good under the feet. The green / brown is actually blue / brown, but I happen to prefer the blue that it is over the green as is shown. The fact of the matter is that this is a very low-quality rug with regard to the manufacturing. I have another wool area rug the exact same size, and it does not shed nearly as much as this rug. This rug sheds A LOT. There were little pieces of what I think was glue imbedded throughout the rug, which I pulled out. It’s not bad for the price, but just realize you need to keep a swifter handy to go around the rug two or three times a day to keep all the fibers from migrating all over the house.
