Q: How many come in when you order?

You get a pair. Two sleeves in the box.

Q: 16-19” is like a calf maybe.... there’s no upper legs on an average adult that little... is this a misprint?? lol!

It goes all the way from the calf to the groin on a 5"11 adult male with no problem.

Q: Where are these made?

My wife just ordered these for me. According to the box, they are designed in Germany, but made in PRC - People's Republic of China.

Q: I’m 6’ and 168 pounds what size fits

I am 6' and 176 pounds with skinny legs. "Large" fit me for the length but offered very little compression.
