This product is complete unsuitable for use do not buy it, where to begin.Firstly and most importantly as other reviews have said (which I didn’t read) it is near impossible to get a seal on installing this mixer tap so it will constantly leak and ruin whatever you install it into.Secondly the unit as a very thin coat of black paint which wears off after the first couple of days of use which makes it look absolutely awful!Thirdly the mixer has absolutely zero insulation on the handle, it allows for hot and cold feed but be sure to gradually increase the temperature as you could end up with 3rd degree burns touching the metal conductive handle if the water temperature start off too hot.I would have sent it back for a refund had I known of all of these issues however due to not installing it for a while after receiving it I can no longer do this so I am furious that I have wasted so much money on such a rubbish product.Again DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF S*** it’s not the cheapest option on here price wise but quality of build is definitely the cheapest!Don’t waste your money like I have! You’ve been warned!UPDATE: Tap is now leaking from the handle, this product is not fit for purpose at all and I feel completely ripped off by this purchase!

Fitted a couple of these , straight forward , and a good butt shower. You might need to add one way check valves depending on water pressure to ensure hot doesn't run back into cold pipes or visa versa

Easy to install but the paint starts coming off easily from the handle.

It’s decent but one of the major disadvantage to this is that the handle gets too hot after you apply hot water. You are literally unable to hold it at that point. I did also get some minor leaks but the others I have bought are good.

After a year the. Shower head has stopped working. Dropped review to 2.Today I noticed some of the black paint come off already and the brass under colour is coming through. So dropped my review to three now. The big worry would be the valve starting to leak.I have brought a few douche kits in my time. 5 to date. The first two i got around 7 yrs ago and were around £250 each. I moved to a house with 3 toilets...I needed 3 more. So I went with these..a black and a brass one. No doubt the quality of the valve isnt the same. However my plumber fitted these with ease and liked the fact they were small so easier to install. I also brought a chrome aqua sima at the same time from a differemt supplier for £130...same valve quality. Time will tell but as it stands they are a good value product. I expect to replace the head and hose within a year and will replace with a hans grohe one (as long as the valve keeps functioning).

Great quality and feels expensive

Poor quality stops working in months. And don’t know how to claim warranty.
