When I bought my iPad the store was out of cases (I live in Bermuda); so I was nervous to use it... I didn't carry it around. I only used it on my bed in my bedroom where I felt safe..Then I ordered this case... and now I take it everywhere. The case is awesome! It is so sturdy that I feel safe. It goes in my purse to work every day so that I can use it during my lunch hour.I can carry it with me all around the house...even when my hands are full! The short hanging strap makes it so easy to do so!The close hand strap at the back makes it safe to hold with one hand...especially if you need one hand free. (Sorry I know that sounds strange...but once you but it you will understand once you buy one!!)There is a cover for the screen which doesn't impede touch screen ability and offers protection.It also has a lever that you pull out that works as a stand. The part rotates so you can stand it whichever way you want. My only complaint is that it really only stands on soft surfaces (I.e. my bed) when the ipad is length wise. If you put too much pressure on your iPad while in this position the stand may close.However, I find this is a minor inconvenience when you look at the its durability and other functions and it didn't stop me from giving it five stars. I would buy it again.

I've had this case on my iPad for a year and a half. It's definitely saved the screen. My only complaint is that dust gets between the inside of the case and the screen. It can be difficult to take apart an put back together. However it's durable and done its job. For that alone I would buy again and recommend.

Most of the case is sturdy and substantial feeling in the hand. Handstrap is nice, as well as the strap you can use to carry the Ipad. There is also a detachable shoulder strap. I bought this partly for the rotating kickstand feature that allows me to set up the Ipad in portrait mode for those apps that won't rotate with the Ipad (that bugs me!). However, while there are instructions for inserting the Ipad into the case, there are no instructions for how to use the kickstand. It's not apparent how to deploy it, and it is made of a fairly thin plastic so that I was concerned I would break it trying to make it work (this is why I gave it 3 stars for durability and sturdiness). I finally figured out that besides pulling up on one end of the stand, there is a small tab under the opposite end of the stand that only appears once you pull up on the other end (see the second from the left photo, on the left hand side you can spot the small tab peeking out). You have to push down on the small tab in order to get the kickstand to fully slide into place. Otherwise, you could break the plastic kickstand by trying to force it up! What kind of instructions would neglect to tell you about this tab? To get it to fold back into the back of the case, you have to push down again on the tab while pressing down on the other end of the kickstand. Even when I figured it out, it was not that easy to deploy and put back. One other feature bothers me. There is a rubber cover over the port where you would plug in the power. The cover is pretty thick and stiff, which makes it protective of the port, I suppose, but it is somewhat difficult to pull down to expose the port to insert the lightning plug (see the last photo on the right). When you're trying to hold the Ipad with one hand, pull the rubber cover down with the other hand, it feels like you need a third hand to plug in the lightning cord.

I purchased this for my ipad - it fits well and works better than I feared - I was worried it was going to be of less quality - but it really does seem to be good quality. The rubber is soft and flexible; easy to manipulate to charge and seems to offer good protection. It comes either with a screen cover or without (meaning both come, but you can choose which way to install). I am using it with the screen cover and for the most part it seems not to negatively impact the sensitivity. I will say I had some challenges using my apple pen - and now that I reflect, it could have been because of the screen cover. If I continue to have intermittent issues, I will try it without the screen cover. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now.Installation was actually pretty tricky - the instructions weren't great and I definitely fumbled through it. I didn't realize initially that the cover snapped on over the top of some of the outside rubberized material, but I was eventually able to work it out.I LOVE the fact that it has the apple pencil holder on the back - a GREAT way to keep your apple pencil ready for use and I think that feature should be advertised more clearly as it is a great feature.

The case fits perfectly, the cost is decent, delivered on time as promised. I break everything I touch it seems. My iPad is safe from my stupidity.
