This product is pretty straightforward. I plugged it in and it started charging immediately. No complaints, still working well.

Using for a samsung s21. Works well, dont have to be super specific where I place it. Just toss it on and it starts charging. The down sides for me are that it uses the micro USB (i think thats what its called) connector to plug in. None of the Samsung phones nor the apple phones use this connection. I dont know if any of the modern phones use them but these are the 2 most well know brands out there. I feel like they need to change it to the USB-C. I had to buy a new cable. The only other downside, which i knew before buying, is that it charges about 1/4 as fast as the direct plug in. Thats a problem for all wireless chargers I think. Its great for my night stand for when slower overnight charging is fine....Anyway, it met my expectations, works very well, great value. Very happy

My old Qi charger was getting very hot, not warm, but hot, when in use, so I dumped it in the trash for a brand I trust: Anker. They really make these niche products well and I'm quickly becoming a fanboi of their equipment.I like the feel of it, it seems durable and will stand up to my ape like tendencies of destroying objects on accident. It's sturdy, syncs up quick and keeps my phone charged all day while I listen to Sports Radio on my headset.

Easy solution for wireless phone charging. If the phrase, "Lightning connector wiggle", rings a bell with you, you know that of which I speak. The set-up was intuitive and simple - just unpack it and plug-in. Centering the phone on the charging pad is almost an after-thought. The Anker pad charges my iPhone quickly and the heat level was low. I checked carefully for this the first few times and noticed no appreciable heat build up. One item during set up that does need close attention is the charging block you use. The instructions state specifically to NOT use the 5V charging block (white block charger) that came with your iPhone. I'm using a GAN (gallium nitride) quick charger, which I purchased on Amazon a couple of years ago, and the pad works great with the GAN charger.

I like Anker products. It's among the few Chinese companies that make excellent electronics and I will skin you if you try to take away my Anker battery charger. But this... what happened? The light is so tiny that you can easily miss if your electronic is not centered properly or if it moved an inch by mistake and no longer charging. It does get rather warm, not too bad but noticeable. As long as you are on top of it, confirm by checking that light and making sure it's not upside down, since BOTH SIDES LOOK THE SAME, it charges fine and does the job. But I really wish they would make an indicator that is a bit larger, and that one side had something to note that one side is up or down... wait a minute. That's what I'll do. I'll just break out some kind of paint and paint it. Problem solved, or should we ask Anker to include some paint in the box so we can do it ourselves?

I'm late to the party, but this is a really convenient way to charge your phone. I dropped my phone in the ocean (yup careless) and it wouldn't charge until it dried out. So of coursse it died, so I bought this to charge it while I couldn't plug it in and it was a life saver! Now ther eis no going back. I love it.

Works as expected with a stock Samsung fast charger. Price is fair, instructions are clear.
