The adhesive is perfect ! Sticky when need to be but removable and adaptable when needing to be adjusted so it’s not difficult to apply at all!The material blends really well to the point where you cannot tell if there is any overlap at all. It looks like it is all one piece. The overall look is very sleek !

I've gotten at least 10 different brands, types and designs of these and this roll is by far the very easiest to apply. If you need to change the angle a little due to the uneven surface you're applying it to it's as easy as pulling it in the direction you need and you can't tell at all. It makes it look like it's straight, pretty impressive. Even better, it doesn't tear. To the point you have to cut it- like comparing this to the duct tape vs scotch tape. At the same time, it has a mild stretch and flexibility to it. I was able to do all the corners like you would when wrapping a gift. I went back around and clipped the very bottom edge that was extra, on the bottom layer just so it wasn't thicker and after all that working with it, it all adhered just fine. This was over a year ago and it isn't pulling up, bubbling or sticking out anywhere. You can't really tell that it isn't just the surface unless you look really close. The design is like it's embossed or lifted and the material is almost smooth but rubbery on the surface so it doesn't get scratches or Knicks either. I put it on the top of a fireplace heater that had a big water ring and burn mark that looks like someone laid a burning cigarette on, that didn't want to sand out without going too far down and the grill& frame around the glass was black. It broke up the woodgrain and contrasted nicely. Since I put it in the basement until winter, then up to the main level and back and forth plus keep a basket full of house project items, it gets more wear and tear than it should but there's no damage to this and I should add that I have slid the basket around more than a few times. It's perfect for applying to pretty much any surface that needs covered or protecting. There's no downtime, as soon as it's applied and gone over with a plastic spatula incase of repositioning or air bubbles, you're good to go.

Amazing! This is the second time I’ve bought this and I will be buying more to cover other things in my classroom. It’s very easy to put up and quite forgiving. It will pull off with gentle pressure if you need to readjust. The pattern also makes it a great option to hide imperfections. It looks really nice!! Highly recommend.

1st order was thick. Love the color & the thickness. Limited stickiness. Definitely use additional adhesive.2nd order too thick will not stick even with extra adhesive.

This is very nice textured black wallpaper! The quality appears to be very good and it should be easy to apply to my DIY guitar amplifier cabinet. The size should be perfect for what I need! Thank you!

For the price product is great i put it on as a accent wall. My wall has very littl to no texture so it went on smooth. Seems to stick well and looks good. Can be a little hard keeping it straight putting it on but not to difficult to install well worth the money.

As soon as you prepare to measure the the length to cut, you can see air appear in various areas, and watch it move across the paper. Because if the material, it will leave a permanent mark that you can't smooth out. I've never seen contact paper do this. It could be old contact paper. I am so disappointed that before I even remove the paper, before I even cut it, air pockets already form that I cannot smoth out once I peel back the paper. I wanted to notify the seller to credit me for at least one roll so that I wouldn't have to leave this review, but no option was available. It's beautiful, but air entering the peel back paper before you can even measure it, makes it difficult to create a smooth surface once you peel it back. It literally looked as if an insect was crawling under the contact paper as it created air pockets across the paper. Again, all I did was take it out of the box and prepare to measure it when air pockets travelled between the peel back and the contact paper. So disappointed. Adhesion is good, but what good does adhesion do if you have lumps in various places that you are unable to smooth away? If you receive any paper that has dents and bends in the paper, its best to return. This is not the type of wall paper that easily smooths out, but it is a nice wallpaper and offers good endurance.

Good quality, good stickiness and relatively easy to work with. I did have a little bit of an issue with it tearing while I was applying it, but to be fair I did have to unpeel it and restick it so that may have been asking a lot. Unfortunately, there's not any real way to match this pattern so you can't get that nice invisible seam look.
