Dr.Foot Adjustable Orthopedic Heel Lift Inserts, Height Increase Insole for Leg Length Discrepancies, Heel Spurs, Heel Pain, Sports Injuries, and Achilles tendonitis (Black, 3 Layers)

I have one leg shorter than the other. I did not find this out until pretty late in life so some damage was already done. My doctor recommended inserts for my right shoe since it was the sorter leg. He gave me some, and they were really hard. They worked ok under an insole but they didn't fit the bill for a lot of my shoes, especially sandals. I tried 5-7 different brand of inserts on Amazon and retail places. Almost all of them required some sort of modification to fit in my shoe correctly and I had to use some additional adhesive to get them to work, there are sized great. The Dr Foot lifts are by far the best ones I have used. My foot and back pain are all but gone. Walking ease or standing for a long period is no longer absolutely miserable for me. The support provided is great, even though it's not as firm as the Doctor provided ones. They are durable enough to be used in my sandals and slides. I did have to use some double sided tape for those since there is nothing to hold them in place like you would have in a shoe , and water does release the adhesive that comes with them (wash a reuse principle). Overall they are just what I needed to stop the pain.

These have helped me so much! With an Achilles tendon, bursitis issue on my heels these Dr. Foot inserts have made that reoccurring painful issue non-existent. I have been using these for about 4 years now. This is what comes in the package when you buy a color, black or the beige. I took the picture of both available colors and the clear silicone lifts that can be attached with the adhesive that is on the inserts. It depends on how much of a lift you are in need of, you can use the lift or not. I also got creative and used a clear silicone lift by itself in my sandal which works like a dream too. Highly recommend these for people that have pain when they walk in shoes or sandals that are flat, especially the heel area of the foot. Literally life changing for me!!! Thank you Dr. Foot.

These have been great for me, since I have uneven hips, due to scoliosis. This causes a difference in how my feet contact the ground. I place two or three of them in one shoe, and I am much better balanced. As you can see, they can even be put in sandals, and aren't noticeable!

Due to a leg length discrepancy I need to wear a 1/2 inch heel lift in my left shoe . . . and slipper and flip flop. I have tried many brands and Dr. Foot is definitely the best because I can easily combine layers to get the height I need. The layers stick together nicely and the entire lift is slightly sticky and stays in place once in the shoe. These are the only ones I buy now because I am pleased with the quality and fit. One lift got a little dirty and lost its stickiness; I was able to wipe it off clean and it was sticky again. These lifts also hold up better than other brands.

OK, maybe I'm just cheap, but I bought these with the intention of using them in whatever pair of shoes I am wearing that day, switching them as needed. So these arrive, three different lifts that you can stick together to create level you prefer (use one, two or three - or technically, if you don't want them in both shoes, you could get one lift as high as 6 levels together). First glitch was that it was tricky to line them up exactly when sticking them together, and once they are together, good luck prying them apart to reposition. Each layer has the sticky part covered with a slick, clear plastic. In theory, that shouldn't be a problem, but it also means that when all 3 layers are stuck together, the bottom still has that plastic, unless you are willing to uncover the sticky. So I put them in my shoes, and as the day went on, I soon discovered that the plastic cover makes them slick, and they slide around in my shoes. I dealt with it for a few days, and then realized that the plastic cover was starting to come off anyway, so I decided to just remove it and stick them in the shoes, hoping that they would transfer to other pairs without too much trouble. This is working for now, and the inserts stay in place while wearing them, but peeling them up and putting them in a different pair of shoes is not all that easy. I also noticed that they are definitely showing signs of wear and permanent indentations after only a couple weeks of use, which means that they are no longer lifting as much as they should. I suspect they won't last much longer and I'll need new lifts. I will definitely choose a different brand for my next ones and watch for a something that will transfer to different pairs better.

These are the best heal risers, the stay put, washable. I like the idea of having extra clear risers for the height I need; because some shoes only needs the top one & others may need one or two of the clear ones. I only need one, I have one leg a little longer since a surgery. I have both the Black & the tan. I have used these since about 2022 and have bought them bout 3 time, I think. Would highly recommend them. I even use the clear ones in my slippers, stay put just fine.I would like to make a suggestion of a couple OTHER COLORS in Gray & Navy. I have shoes that have these color of insoles.

These do a good job for a good price. I had knee surgery that left one leg 1/4” shorter than the other. These fit in ALL of my shoes, including dress shoes and raise my shorter leg the appropriate amount. They are comfortable and don’t move within the shoe. They last a long time, even in my favorite shoes, that I wear on an almost daily basis. The price is right and the quality of the product is great.

I have a difference in the length of my legs due to a hip replacement. Getting a professional lift made was too expensive, so I decided to give these lifts a try. They have worked very well for me. They come with several layers so the height can be customized. They have adhesive on the back, so they stick inside my shoes fairly well. The adhesive does wear off, but if I am using them in a shoe with a heel, that doesn’t matter. I also use them with sandals, but I need to replace them more often. These lifts have been a good, inexpensive solution to my issue. I would recommend them.
