The batteries came fully charged and was packaged with care, no damages boxes, the box was heavy though, easy installed and fit perfect for my handicapped scooter. Quality batteries

HEAVY!!
THIS IS ACTUALLY A GREAT PRODUCT. I bought 2 of these batteries for my jazzy electric wheelchair. The batteries are very heavy and built really strong. Using my wheelchair to get around on a daily basis I needed a serious battery to keep up with the usage of my daily hectic life. These batteries are better than 4 other types I tried, very reliable and holds a charge for an entire day easily. Store runs are no problem, going to the doctor office I no longer worry about making the trip. Very good product and great reliability!! Highly recommended it is not the cheapest but definetly the most reliable!!

Great product
As others have stated. The topnposts need better protection for shipping. One of the batteries had both top posts bent. I was able to straighten them . But come on. We all know shippers toss things around. Fully charged, ready to go. Holds charge for a long long time. 4 stars because of bent posts.

Senior citizen complaint
The item arrived in good shape, just didn't fit electric wheelchair it was purchased for. I can pay to return it which cost 3/4 of purchase price. Very unhappy with situations.

Great for my Jazzy Select, perfect fit.
Ordered these and I received one with a damaged positive terminal. I contacted the seller through amazon return process. They asked for pictures which I provided. They sent out a replacement battery the next day which I received damage-free and installed it as the other had already been replaced. Overall very satisfied with the product and the sellers' quick fix for the item received damaged. I will buy from them again when I need another new set for my Jazzy or my wife's.
