Great product
I used Wheafree Gluten Free Bread Mix to make bread at home for my kids. It was very easy to make because the recipe was clearly mentioned on the pack. The bread turned out soft and tasty. My kids liked it a lot. A good option for gluten free homemade bread!

Not worth
the first Wheafree product which has disappointed me. really not worth it. even if you bake it well, the taste is bad. and it is difficult to bake it as well. wish they would just sell ready bread as their products are the best gluten free products i have used taste wise. and i have tried many different ones.

Excellent Product
Very happy with the product. Taste is very good, and although it is not as soft and light as many glutenous breads, it toasts really well. I just eat a little fresh on the day of baking and then freeze the rest for toasting later. It is easy to bake also, which is great considering that I had never baked my own bread before! The only thing I struggled with the first time I tried was that some of the instructions on the packet were misleading (especially the measures in cups and grams which I found inconsistent). What works for me is the following:- Where small measures given are in both tablespoons and grammes, ignore the gram measures, just use tablespoons or the equivalent in teaspoons (where 1 tablespoon equates to 3 teaspoons). i.e. measure the powdered sugar, yeast and gum using the given tablespoon or teaspoon measures.- Where liquid measures (for water) are given in both millilitres and cups, ignore the cup measures - just measure in the given millilitres (ml)- Where both cups and grammes are given (ie. for the bread mix) ignore the cup measures given - just measure the flour in grammes (ie. 250 g).By the way, I made the 'with eggs' version of this bread..

Horrible product
Tried this twice & failed both the times. Followed all the instructions exactly as given behind the pack & both the times terrible results. Was eagerly looking forward to making these gluten free bread..but totally dissapointed. Total waste of money. My normal breads made from scratch turn out so good but this pack which is supposed to be gluten free bread mix is really bad. Don't waste your money.
