Not crispy but tasty
Not as advertised. Says ready in 20 minutes on the front of the box. Directions say cook 10 minutes then stir in seasoning and stir for 6-9 minutes until desired crispness. I stirred them occasionally for 20+ minutes and them just threw them in the oven ar 425 for like 10 minutes. So 40 minutes later... still no crisp.

Product is good, however this vendor ships in a foam envelope. Product received heavily smashed up.

Don't bother
The flavor was not good. I fried them as directed and they looked great, but appearance did not match the flavor. Definitely not even close to tasting like fried potatoes.

Save yourself and pass on this one.
I cooked these twice. The oil seemed far too much so I halved it. The seasoning isn't great, the potatoes are rubbery and it takes way longer than stated on the box.2nd time used ranch powder instead of their flavor. Cooked them far longer. Still a little on the rubbery side. I did get them crispy both times.I have one more box but my family begged me not to cook it. I wasn't planning on it tho.I can make most boxed items work. But this over is a fail.

Do not waste your money on these. You will not be happy. They are horrendous! All you get is one big limp, oily mess. Major fail for Betty Crocker!
