ah. This hits the spot. Yes, it's strong. If you don't want something strong don't buy Wild Oregano, which is the strongest of the oreganos. I had a horrible headache for days and I bit open a capsule and held under my tongue (don't do this is you're a baby because it burns a bit), but that gets it into your bloodstream where it can help kill bad pathogens, and it really took the edge off that headache right away. If you're new to taking this, you need to start slow and not take too much. If you're a seasoned oregano veteran like me, you'll love this.
