972X Ink Cartridges Replacement for HP 972X Ink cartridges 972A Compatible for PageWide Pro MFP 477dw 577dw 452dw 552dw Printer, 4-Pack

I have ordered these 4 times without any issues. The last order we didn’t attempt to use until about 10 months after purchase. Unfortunately I had an error message that the cartridges were blocked by the firmware. I contacted Amazon chat customer support and they sent a link to the supplier Starink. I explained the situation and they responded within a couple of hours.They agreed to replace them straightaway and recommended I disable the automatic firmware updates in the “printer maintenance” and “update the printer” section of the settings. It took a few seconds.So now I am relieved I can continue to use their products and save about $600 compared to the genuine cartridges each time I replace the set. Thank you Starink team!

I purchased a full set of cartridges for my HP Pagewide pro 477dw. I only needed yellow at the time. That cartridge did not work and i reached out to the seller. They credited my account to buy an individual cartridge and that worked. A year later i needed to replace 2 more cartridges. My printer will not accept them and will not use them. I should also mention the previous set i had used was starink brand. When i pulled the "old" cartridges that the printer noted were empty, they still had a ton of ink in them but the printer wouldn't recognize that.Save yourself the time and frustration of dealing with the issues they have and buy something else. Waste of money, time and ink.I should also note i tried to reach out to the seller with my issue and still have not received a response. Now I'm out over $300 dollars and two sets of ink cartridges.

Very ecstatic that these ink cartridges work on our printer. OEM HP ink cartridges are very expensive and with these our nonprofit can afford to buy all four colors for the price of two OEM colored cartridges. Tried another brand and had to get our money back as they didn't work. But Starink advertised their ink chips were the latest update so we took a chance and they worked. Colored printing quality was just ask good as the OEM - reports, pictures, and everyday paperwork. Well the yellow cartridge worked right out of the box. We'll update this post as we use the other color cartridges in the set as well when we need to replace them.

Update: the company reached out to me with very good service to let me try them again with no hassle return policy & will deduct the restocking fee I paid Amazon, this is VERY GOOD customer service therefore am changing my review.I returned because the black cartridge does not work with my HP 477dw page wide printer. I didn't even try the colors. It was past the return period but Amazon luckily let me return the set but I had to pay a 35.00 restocking fee. I will not be ordering these again.

Creates error codes with printer and will not work. You can try to take the computer chip out of your old cartridges and swap it on the new ones but you still get an error as it thinks they are empty. These were a waste of money, no way to contact seller and they will not return them if they have been inserted in printer, total scam rip off. Seller should be removed off amazon....

5 months after purchase tried to install the yellow cartridge (previously installed black and blue which worked great) and it won't work. Starink refunded the cost of the yellow and magenta(2 of a pack of 4, 1 of each color). The 2 that worked we great. Not sure why I had a problem but the company was great!!!!!

I bought two packages in 2022. I now am into getting into the second one for some reason it’s not letting my printer be compatible to it now.

I bought this product for my new pagewide. I have been using the black and yellow just fine I had to replace my magenta today roughly a year later from purchase, and all of a sudden it is not compatible with my HP printer. Even after rolling back firmware the error message still pops up “ Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated cartridge.” This renders my printer without the capability to print.
