Q: just received the cargomat.came in tubular box rolled up with a protective film over name.Why is entire mat sticky/ tacky?

Just manufacturing residue, it wipes off with a wet cloth

Q: Is there any video showing how to remove carpet and install floor mat for cx5 2023?

Leave the actual carpet alone. There are 2 factory plastic snaps on the front carpeted floor mats that if you firmly pull up on the mat in the snap area it should release and then you just snap in the new mat/liners. We bought them for our 2022 CX5 and they fit excellent over the factory carpet and has been 8 months and still work fine.
