After a 10 minutes the better pack turns off, which does not allow for anymore charges on your device, until you either unplug then re plug your device, or press the button on the side to wake it up. It’s annoying to constantly check to see if it’s charging or not. Other than that, I would give it a 5 star if those problems were fix.It charges nicely, and since it’s portable and light it’s a good option. Especially if you’re in a pinch, or don’t want your phone to be in an undisclosed location while you have to tend to business. Overall a good pick for its value.(My phone is an iPhone 11, so maybe my phone is not drawing enough power for the battery pack to stay on)Edit: it was my charger not the battery pack itself. My charger was running bad, and I’ve since replaced it, now it works great. No complaints.

The battery lasts a very long time, and it's a powerful charger. Strong enough to fully charge my phone out on hikes, even with several apps running in the background. It's small and easily fits in our backpacks and purse. The only downside is that it takes a really long time to charge.

Absolutely love these!We found these chargers years ago, probably over 5. For the price, they have far outlasted any others we have gotten and work better than most. We have at least 6 of them around the house and 2 large size Miady, and we never go anywhere without them. They charge phones, tabs, laptops and anything else within reason. They are lifesavers on trips. Slim enough to fit in your pocket or purse. They wont disappoint. Just now we are having a little trouble with one of them so I decided it was time for more! Also cant beat the fact that they charge with either type C or micro USB, so convenient. And I recently just found out that they will charge something out of the type C input.

Bought this in September 2020. I haven’t used them much and don’t recall if this was a function during that time or not. They still work great, but the usb-c port only functions for charging the power bank (input). It will not produce an output from the usb-c port - I have to use the USB-A ports to charge devices. I don’t believe this was the case when I first bought these, but I could be wrong. The fact that they still function after 5 years with minimal use (couldn’t tell you the last time I used or charged them) is surprising to me. For that reason alone, I will say these are great power banks. The fact that I cannot use the C port to charge phones or my go pro is why I knocked 1 star off (can’t verify if it was stopped to or not because they have a different model now). Just adds one more cable I have to pack for my vacation. Overall, I’m just glad that I still have them and they still work. Oh and by the way-I store them in a case that fits both of them in one protective case. They haven’t been used in at least 2 almost 3 years since I sold my Harley. Most batteries would have taken a crap by now and not held a charge. These still had 75% or more and still took a charge with no issues. The real test will be in Hawaii in a few days randomly charging a go pro and possibly phones.

Works as described. Charged our devices without issue, and did not overheat. Not too heavy, but definitely not featherlight either. Phones charged at an adequate rate and didn't feel like it took forever for the device to charge while using and without using the device during the charge. Great value for what you get.As we are frequent theme park goers whose devices are now a requirement for the experience, chargers that are not bulky and get the job done efficiently are super important. We are also in an area that frequently gets power outages and hurricanes, so these are also so helpful as part of our power outage preparation.

I bought this double power port the end of June, and was very happy with it till the black one refused to charge overnight.The white one still working, but for how long? Not the result I was hoping for with the failure of one with my return option expired.nitUpdate: I am happy to report that the black power pack that I moved to another charger eventually did fully charge. I am hoping that whatever caused the lack of charge the first time will not repeat. The first charger has been charging everything fine and was all tightly aligned to the black power pack, so I reported the failure to charge initially, If it continues to work, I would change my rating to a 5 star.
