I originally gave 3-stars due to receiving a new book with damage. The seller was prompt to contact me and resolve the issue which was a relief.As far as the text goes:I have read through the first few chapters. Seems a touch outdated & so far some of the photos/diagrams are more distractive & useless then being helpful & intuitive.Other then that the seller is 100% recommendible

I used this book for my EMT course so I know it's extremely reliable and full of real life info to becoming an actual EMT. I just got this version of the book because it easier to use then my hardcopy.

This book was a life saver for me in my EMT class. I used it all the time. Its a great product with great information.

Extremely in depth and thorough, this book does not miss anything. I highly recommend this textbook for anyone looking for a beginners course in pre-hospital care.

Everything was great..except one set of what I purchased was missing the access code which is essential with this order. I’m sure it’ll be fixed-Amazon is a fantastic company (I should know-I’m also an employee!)
