Can you angle the sensor down or to the side to reduce/ change the area of detection?

There is some movement downwards but it’s quite limited but more in the centre position than at the left and right positions.

Yes you can but it will involve some wiring to connect to the light switch or the light fitting. No simple answer I'm afraid.

Does this sensor have a manual override

Hi It would be simple to just fit an on/off switch in the wiring.

Can the light be switched on and off manually, if needed the light to stay on when having BBQ in garden!

Not directly by the deleyCON but you can wire a standard light switch in paralell with it so you can choose to switch it on manually.
