We bought this faucet for a bathroom vanity in a rental. It is prettier in person and brings a very modern touch to the bathroom. We will be ordering more of these.

Good for the price, modern look

This faucet came packaged nicely. The quality of the finish was good. We ordered the antique bronze. The assembly instructions are straight forward. I had to open the hole in my desk to insert the threaded mounting fitting. Using a hole saw for this it was fairly easy as my deck is wood. The water connection hoses are good quality and easily marked red/blue for hot/cold water. The only negative issue I have with this faucet is with the poor design in how the hoses connect to the faucet. The hoses need to be inserted about 3/4” into the base of the faucet tower. When threading the hoses in it’s impossible to get a wrench on the hex because they are inside the tower. I saw a question posted by another customer regarding this. The seller says you don’t need to wrench them in. Well when it comes to water leaks I’m not comfortable with finger tight. In fact you can’t even get your fingers into the tower far enough to tighten. I used needle nose pliers to snug them in. After turning on the shutoff valves, I was happy to have no leaks. The water fall feature is unique and effective. You may need to turn the shutoff valves closed some if you get any splashing. Just common sense. Aside from that the faucet looks and functions beautifully and the price is great. I would have rated a 5 star on the “ease of install” if the water lines were easier to install. Overall I am very happy with my purchase hopefully it continues to functions as nice as it looks.

Bought 4 of these to replace whatever we had in 3 bathrooms (2 sinks in the master bathroom). The installation was sleek and smooth, averagely 15-20 mins per unit, could've been quicker than that but you still got to cleanse the surface area (counter) and water hose under the sink. We did have a bit of problems with 1 of 4 faucets, contacted MFG for product support and received further advice on how-to part, definitely satisfied with their highly-responsive customer service. Would recommend them!

I really hope these are part of a recall!1. Installation was fair but not as easy as the new ones we replaced by Kohler2. With in one year the screens needed to cleaned,so once we did this the faucet line where it connects inside faucet (unaccessible) started leaking. So you cant fix it3. The black coating started peeling off.Such a bad product.Please look at the photos for a true testament!

I did not like that it was very noisy. I get there is air in the lines, but no other faucets in the house, or the one it replaced, was this loud. It's like the metal resonates the sound. It is a cool looking faucet, and it worked well. I ended up replacing for that, and because the faucet span was too long for my sink, which caused it to splash on me. I didn't know there was a faucet span measurement.
