Hot tub cover to be able to PT year round
Awesome! Purchased this as a cover for my hot tub so I could enjoy it year round. I live in the PNW where it rains sometimes… I have been using my hot tub as physical therapy with having a bad hip (which has been a life saver). I tried using it when it was rainy and windy. I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal but it was miserable. This cover has made it all possible. Yes. It’s thin plastic. You have to be careful with the zippers. Just use your head. Everything I needed it to be.

Marriage celebration! Great addition
We decided to do an intimate marriage ceremony in our backyard. This bubble tent was the perfect addition to that vision! It is easy to set up and put away. I don’t plan on using this regularly. I plan to use it for like date nights, special events, etc.. I think it’ll hold up well for what I want it for. I’m not sure that if I used it every day or left it outside that it would last long. I take it down after and store it away after every use. For me, it’s perfect.

Makes my hot tub enjoyable in the winter!
Edit: I have now had this up since November over my hot tub. Overall it has been good, however, the quality is lacking. There is a large rip in the top- nothing sharp has touched it and we keep the snow cover on. I put flexseal on it to stop the spread and will see how that lasts. The same day I put the flexseal on I was opening the zipper (which I always do carefully) and the thread that connects the zipper to the tent broke. This shows a lack if quality. I did sew it back on as best I could, but I am waiting for the rest to unsew.I contacted alavantor and they have given me nothing but trouble. First they couldn't find my order even though I had contacted them previously and registered my warranty with them. Then they stated I needed to contact amazon. When you contact amazon it tells you to contact alavantor. I have replied to alavantor with this information and am waiting for a reply...which usually takes 4 or so days. For how much money this is I expect better quality and for zippers to not break. I get plastic can become brittle, but there is no excuse for the zipper. The set up was super easy and fairly quick-just be careful when opening it as it will get you in the shins! We got it to put over our hottub for the winter as we get a lot of wind. So far it has been great. The only issue we have had is with the zipper on the window not closing right (the teeth seperate a bit). It doesn't impact too much. They offered me $50 back to pay a local seamstress to fix it- I doubt I will find anyone to fix a zipper for that cheap. Since it is just a vent windowits not abig deal.Update: we got a lot of freezing rain and I found it collapsed. Once we cleared it off it popped right back into place. I could see why they sell an extendable pull for extra support in the center.

Durable and worth every penny.
Wow! We’ve had some heavy winds this year with some speeds reaching up to 70mph. I have this thing anchored down and have some sandbags inside to weight it down as well. With these heavy winds, this thing did not move. Well, it did blow with the wind but it stayed in place with minor wear and tear (shown in pictures). I set this up over my hot tub for winter use and it was very successful at helping maintain water temperature during the day as well as night. Even on those cold 20s-30° nights, this helped the water temp stay between 92-97 during use.As far as the tears go, I’ll probably patch themWith flex seal and see how long that holds. But I will buy another one when needed. I can’t give this a big smooth reviews. I’m thoroughly impressed with it.

It's been a wild ride, but we're very happy with our purchase!
We purchased the 15x15 bubble tent for some Christmas photo sessions. The day before the sessions were to start, we received some unexpectedly high winds which knocked the tent down, sending poles through the sides and ripping the plastic in several areas. It was a disaster. We reached out to Alvantor for advice on how to repair it but we received no support. We fixed it as best we could, just in time for the sessions, and used props and angles to hide the damaged areas.Over the next few days, Alvantor and I communicated about what happened. They apologized, requested photos of the damage, and then, much to our surprise- they offered to send us a new one. (!!)We have the replacement tent now but we'll wait till the spring to set it up since we're in zone 6 (winter at the moment).Meanwhile, we have our damaged tent set up in our urban backyard. We've had temps in the single digits, a small amount of snow, many frosts, and some winds. The tent is holding up beautifully, in spite of these conditions (note- we're not recommending this for everyone... we're just taking our chances since it's already hobbling along and we have another). We've enjoyed many gatherings in it, in the last month or so as it's considerably warmer inside than out, especially when the sun is shining. We keep tables, chairs, blankets, and faux furs inside all of the time. We've used a tiny tabletop fire "pit" in it (also not recommended, but totally doable, imho), and we add a small space heater now and then when it's especially chilly. At the moment, we have a claw foot tub inside waiting for a winter-hot-tub experience or two. It's going to be epic.Three small things to note:1) The toggle ties that hold the rolled doors up aren't quite long enough. We extended them with rubber bands and they're fine now.2) The tent retains moisture a lot. While we don't have any active leaks that we know of, the condensation drips from the ceiling most of the time. It's not a big deal to us, but it's something to consider if you're planning to have food or water-sensitive items in the tent. Venting it and leaving the doors open helps with the condensation.3) We recommend removing the top cover during strong winds. We think it made the situation worse, as the winds were picking it up and shaking the tent violently at times. To sum it up - we're so very happy with this tent and Alvantor. The size is perfect (we've had 8 in it comfortably), it's beautiful, it allows us to enjoy the "outdoors" a bit more, and it's a wow factor in the backyard. We highly recommend it!
