I have been suffering from adult hormonal acne on my chin and cheeks, which hasn’t been helped from wearing masks at work. I have been using clear skin solo for around 2 weeks In conjunction with other products for spot prone skin. I have definitely seen a big improvement in my skin and have been delighted with the results. Im not 100% sure if I’d used the Lustre in it own whether it would have worked as well? But I’m definitely going to keep using it to maintain my now clear complexion.

It was not suitable for my Asian skin tone. The lights left an oval dark purple/brown patch which made the appearance of my skin worse than when I started with. It did not make my acne better either. Expensive mistake.

Having used this on several big hormonal cysts that stay closed and never come to a head, I cant say it does anything for established zits. I dont see a reduction in size of acne, pain or the inflammed colour.There may be a reduction on surface level little spots. So it may be working, but only for acne that sits close to the surface and gets good light penetration.It's a small, light device; can travel with you, easy to use BUT...the plasters supplied actually tore my skin and gave me breakouts. I get this with any adhesive mask or pore plaster. So if you dont get on with those products either, dont use the plasters.Simply hold the product to your skin instead.It needs recharging after 3 x 20minute sessions. Charges within an hour. The power button will turn red when it needs recharging, acting as a warning.It's overpriced for what it is. I would consider a used product to save £££

This has been the only thing that has cleared my chin acne and kept it clear!I’ve tried every spot treatment I could, had antibiotics and went on the pill to try and help but this is a lifesaver.I use it almost everyday, sometimes skipping one if I’m too busy and that works for meMy only downside would be that it’s not big enough to stretch across my whole problem area on my chin so I have to do 2 cycles at 20 minutes each. But worth it!

Decided to try this for my son, who has had continuous breakouts on his chin for a while. He’s been using it every day and can definitely see an improvement already. It’s great to find something that works with no side effects. The sticky strips are handy too as he doesn’t have to hold it in place. Can’t wait to see the results after the recommended 12 weeks.

Saw positive results after a week of using so I purchased another device which cuts the treatment time in half, definitely recommend doing this! It's easy to apply (takes less than 30 seconds to do) and the battery life is very good. Customer service is also incredibly responsive and helpful, what more could you want!

Bought the Lustre Solo for my daughter who’s been having hormonal breakouts for a few years, and she’s been using it for a few weeks now. We took the advice and snapped a photo before using solo just to see any little changes from the start, it’s really kept us going. We’re starting to see improvements now which has given her the motivation to carry on. It’s easy to use as she can just stick it on and go on her phone. Finally something that works without medication, delighted!
