I've used supplements and vitamins for many years. I have settled on this brand because I like the quality. I can feel the impact. This PureGG 25B is a wonderful probiotic. I also like their boulardi product - however refrigerate boulardi once you receive your order.

I recommend it, it is a good product.

There are studies, reputable, that warn about Lacto GG. It can cause a lot of infections...not the good kindDon't know why they still push this stuff.

Purchased this at the recommendation of our Nutritionist to help my son with his Chron's disease. He's been taking it for about 6 months now and we are very happy with it. I would recommend this to anyone considering purchasing this item,

I did find these to be effective for histamine intolerance issues but they do go bad with about 3 weeks left of product. I also notice they are not as effective (I guess the bacteria dies) and I start having bloating and other issues they had helped with.You can see in my picture that the capsules appear to cake up, they are not a dry powder like before. It does say they are shelf stable so I'm not sure why they get like this. I may contact the company because I do like the product but don't know if I just got a defective batch or of this is the norm. Don't want to spend the money again if this keeps happening.
