Pillow is soft but not very soft. Very softpillow cover. Pillow is exactly shown the image like...I'm attaching the pictures as i saw so many reviews of different non contouring pillow from proliva, but this is the real product (that I'm attaching). pillow is good as compared to other brands .pillow little high for neck area, so not so comfortable for me , so i returned.

The foam actually comes back to its shape and is just hard enough to hold your head in a straight position.It also helps in minimizing snoring and prevents neck strainsComes with outer washable cover. The fabric is super soft mesh with a zipper.Overall a good product.

Very comfortable pillow
This memory foam pillow takes the shape of your head which is very relaxing. The pillow is really soft and the foam used is of very good quality. It can also be used as back support. Very useful product at a great price.

it's good but not really
If you are buying because of snoring, trust me it won't any effect using it plus u will feel more choked neck (like keeping ur head down while standing), rest the quality and softness is great if u are buying for that u can go for this. so I returned the same.

Product quality is quite good. It may take some time to adjust. Soft but Not as soft as soft soft pillows. Pilllow Cover is very good. Price could have been bit less. Need to see the effect and durability of long use.Amazon delivery was delayed by one day.
