Algenist Retinol Firming & Lifting Serum, 1 oz

I bought this one other time from this seller a long time ago, and now I remember why I chose to continue purchasing this through ultra in person. I started using this product and fell in love with it. Works wonders for my skin. However, both times now that I’ve purchased it from this seller, the bottle is faulty or is empty. I can slam the pump down 1000 times, shake it up, and nothing comes out. Maybe a spec here or there. When you purchase this product in store, at ultra or Sephora, the product pumps out more than dime sized amounts easily, lasts a long time (I used it daily for more than a month), and it doesn’t start acting like that until you come to the end of the bottle. DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THIS SELLER. It’s not cheap, so definitely don't risk getting an empty bottle.

Used this product for a few years now and love it! Always bought a larger one, but went ahead and tried this one for the price even though there were bad reviews of container not working. Had no problems and you only need a little for entire face. Try it, you will love it!

To my great surprise, over time, this excellent product lightened a large sun spot on my forehead, to the point that it is barely visible! I've used this product for a couple of years, since I saw it featured on Dr. Oz show. (Honestly!) It was featured as a new skin care approach, using algae. I have been using it for the retinol benefits.

Very disappointed for the cost. And For the first time, I had to call Amazon about the value and actual productivity of a purchase. Not sure how to say it but with 2 pumps I got product and after that..nothing...and no way to unscrew the top or figure out the problem.

I love this product but this latest purchase I can barely get any out. I feel like it's empty. Hopefully eventually the thing works right. I'm fearing it was returned and used and is actually empty. And at this cost boy will I be angry.

I don't know if this works or not because I could not get any out of the container. The pump does not work. Rather than pay for shipping to return it, I opened the top with plyers and got out what I was able to. I would not recommend ordering this product.

I have used Algenist products for about a year and I have found them to work as described. The firming and Lifting Serum is really good for older women as it does firm the face.

Good moisturizing cream but I saw nothing in the way of "firming and lifting"
