I just got two of these. They look like in the picture, a little toy like and plasticky, but really not bad. For a security camera, some care must be taken to hide them.Function and picture quality are actually very good.The system uses an Android or iOS app. The iOS app is fully functional, if a little rough on the UI front. But it can support multiple cameras. WiFi range is ok, but I have good coverage in my house due to multiple access points. There is a Windows app, but I have not yet been able to download it due to server time outs.The weakest part of the system is the documentation, which is severely lacking in detail and clarity. Setup is actually easy, but the translation and poor legibility of the manual caused some head scratching. It took me a couple of hours after setup to figure out that the motion alarm and its triggered alarm functions are enabled by the lock icon! Duh...When the alarm triggers, you get a notification on your iPhone, very cool!I cannot attest to its longevity, but given the price and the full range of functionality coupled with the image clarity and daytime color plus excellent infra red night time viewing, I am a happy buyer and might get another one or two.

I bought this camera to be used as a baby monitor. The instructions appear to be written by someone who doesn't speak English as their primary language. I still managed to get the camera set up in spite of this, but I later discovered that the camera will not work if it is further than 12 ft from the wireless router. Since my baby's room is not where I keep the router, this camera would not work. I gave it a bad rating because the product description says nothing about working only 12 ft from your wi-fi router. If it had said that, I would have never bought it and wasted my time. I spent twice as much money on an IP camera made by Amcrest after trying this camera. The Amcrest camera was so much easier to get set up with very clear instructions. And it worked instantly in any part of my house.Update: After I returned this product, I went back to see what other people were saying about it. I couldn't believe all the positive reviews. Then I found one that suggested the 5 star reviews are fake reviews. I went back and looked. Sure enough, most of these reviews are obvious fakes. The reviewers have only one review in their history, and the English in some of these reviews is mysteriously similar to the bad English in the instructions that came with the manual. I was immediately contacted by their customer support after returning the camera. They wanted to send me a free camera in exchange for me removing my negative review. Sorry, not going to happen.

It's a nice camera & customer service was very helpful back n forth trying to resolve the problem over skype.....but i had to return it....the pan tilt and zoom on the interface just did not work on my PC......although they could move it on their end, i couldn't....not sure why, even customer service was perplexed .....i have a "Neewer" brand and have no issues i had for a few years now.....i needed a second camera which was was this one....bought it for the good price.....but now i just bought another another Neewer brand and worked flawlessly like my first Neewer camera....too bad the Jooan was a nice camera....

I bought this camera, and install in my front door facing my drive way. i live in the city and always concern about if someone hit my car and run away. Now with this camera monitor my parking driving way, i don't have to worry too much. This is also a compact security camera, easy to install, and you can always check on phone devices (IOS and Android). The price is reasonable for given quality, the pictures and videos that showon the phone are very clear. i would recommend this camera to anyone who want peace of mind while away from home.

Easy setup, mic and video quality are great. There is some static through the app if you are listening but you can mute it. For the price, it was a great buy. If your expecting top quality, buy a top quality camera. Don't buy something like and complain that it doesn't meet your expectations. This camera is perfect if you want to monitor your home, dogs, kids, etc.. it's basic and works great. It's for a home, not FT Knox, not a business. It's made for home monitoring. Period.

Absolutely love this! Had to wire connect to my router because it kept losing connection. Ended my subscription with Danale because it wouldn’t record 90% of the time. Put in micro SD card and works wonders! Still learning how to move the camera. I want it to go one direction and it goes the other. But that’s my fault. Been able to yell at my dog to stop barking at neighbors walking by through the camera as well as confronting “guests” that want to lie and say my dog bit them and instead finding out they terrorized my dog. Otherwise amazing product. Will definitely order another one

Bought two of these so i can keep an eye on my son, the dogs, and the house while we are gone. Picture quality is pretty good for the price. As far as motion detection and sound detections, sometimes it doesnt work. But ima chalk that up to bad wifi signal in the house. Same goes with controling the motion of the camera itself. Great nightvision quality. For the price, well worth it. Only thing i wish would change is to be able to invert the camera for ceiling mounting. If it could be mounted upside down with a flipped picture, would be able to get more viewing angles. However still worth it.

It’s decent besides a few things... it doesn’t run in the background... i can’t figure out how to purely record besides clicking on record and it stops once I minimize the app... won’t buy again unless they fix those issues... it only runs w WiFi and I’ve had lots of hassle w the WiFi connections
