GREAT shirt in so many ways
Well I love Dickie's stuff, so I'm biased. Hey, their work clothes hold their shape without ironing, they are water resistant, stain resistant, don't tear easily, and are not expensive. I needed this for my job which requires black or white shirt and I needed long sleeves to cover my tattoos. I am not tall, and my arms aren't that long, but these sleeves were actually perfect for me. I can't say that about most XL button downs I have with long sleeves. I can actually wear a large but I like my work shirts a bit loose so I can move around better without untucking the thing. It is long so stays tucked in pretty good. For wearing untucked it's a bit long but okay enough. I will order more of these just to wear to go to dog park, or even go out swing dancing watching my friend's rockabilly bands.

Great shirt!
The shirts are great for work. They look professional too. The shirt has a lot of belly room if tucked in improperly, so they have to be tucked in correctly or they'll easily look baggy. This was the only downside because apart from that everything else seems fine. The shirts are roomy without being too baggy anywhere else, and they are very comfortable after one wash. The buttons provided ample neck space as well. I never need to iron them because I simply hang them right out of the dryer. Overall a great shirt, for work or for whatever!

Not as good as previous Dickies
It fit but the sleeves are a little tight on my arms and...I don't have big forearms. So perhaps order a little bigger. I bought two and one had the button holes incorrect in that they had a piece of thread that was not in the stitches. You know the kind...you try to unbutton shirt and find there is a loop of thread in the hole that grabs the button and you must not only unbutton but thread the button through the loop as well? You've seen that happen once in a while on one hole of a new shirt and you must cut out the loop, right? WELL one of the shirts had this problem on every single hole! Also, my older Dickies shirts were 50% cotton, these are 65/35 cotton poly. This material is a little stiff. I thought it might soften up in the wash but have 1/2 dozen cycles it is still stiff and a little scratchy.
