I started taking this due to feeling like I was having about 20 hot flashes a day. I am likely post menopausal but these were happening more frequently so I researched what may help. I take one a day in the morning and I very Rarely have a hot flash now. I cut back on sugar at this same time, so I can't say 100% that its just the black cohosh, but I feel like it is what helped.
