Helps me a little bit with bloating and stops BM issues. Helps me a little bit with reducing inflammation. Everyone is different so hopefully it works better for other people. It’s better than nothing so I will keep using it but I wish that it worked better for me

This works way better than lactaid brand. I usually take two of them eventhough it calls for one, just because I’m ultra sensitive to dairy products. Two of these right before eating whipped cream, icecream or any other dairy filled treat and it prevented me from feeling horrible. These supplements made me enjoy the holiday treats with family.
