Q: Will this fit over glasses?

The shield will fit over glasses. I wear safety glasses along with the shield.

Q: Is the sellstrom s30120 advantage series all-purpose face shield, clear "fully assembled"? ready to wear straight out of the box?

Almost. The shield has a protective film on both sides that should be removed first. This helps assure you get a scratch free shield. Then it is extremely simple to attach the shield. There is a row of small turnbuckles on the head band which you turn horizontally and then you match the holes in the shield and twist the turnbuckles back. No tools required. This takes less than 30 seconds. This was a very useful product especially for the price.

Q: Will this fit over an N100 face mask properly??

I haven't had an issue with N100 face mask.
